Rainy and windy here this morning.

need to be at sister's office by 7 to be done by 8
meeting at 9 am

bank for cash for trip
pack a few more things
meeting at 3:30 and another at 5
dinner pasta

Nancy, after watching the terrible devastation from yesterday's tornadoes, I do hope that you are all safe.

It was crazy weather.. we had a bubble over us.. while the storms were crazy around us we had wind and sunshine...yet neighboring towns were getting heavy rains... A town about 20 minutes north of us got hit by a tornado... It took me several hours to reach my sorority sister and her family in another town further north that got hit really hard with a tornado... There were tornados between us and PJ.... We had a few limbs down but no damage like we dealt with on Halloween nights storm..

Prayers and pixie dust to all those in need... Especially to those in the storm damage areas...

Today:

make lunches x 2
DH to take my van in for repairs from above mentioned Halloween storm
call about bill that I should NOT be charged for because its covered at 100%; my guess is they billed it wrong or they didn't put in the right insurance name AGAIN! Done, finally had to turn it over to DH because the customer service rep was a piece of work.. She would not listen to me & kept telling me it was for labs that I had but the ones she named I did not have but was going to have to pay for whether I liked it or not.. UH, nope, doesn't work that way!! So between DH and the doctor's office and the doctor's office going over reps head to a supervisor we think we have it fixed.. if not, we will be ready for round 2!
scrap what I did not get to do yesterday
pull sketches for DS17's - '96 photos (goal to finish them by Sunday)


I know there is more but this is what I would love to accomplish today!!!

Lisa -- the insurance was figured out quickly... I had so much photo documentation of cars before, during and after that they could not deny our claim.. Like I told the adjuster it's not easy to fight with a scrapbooker!!! Insurance has covered everything..and they will cover what the repair shop needs over and above the original estimate... So it is all good.... our insurance was very easy to work with and called to check on us daily to make sure we were okay and didn't need anything else...

Afternoon ladies,

Just now getting around to checking the boards, all my chores and to do list are done for the day, yay! Getting ready to scrap, starting on the Med Cruise.
I finished our 3 day ABD Barcelona Escape yesterday...it ended up being 84 pages!!! And that was just 3 days!!

Glad to hear everyone is ok from yesterdays storms. My BFF in Canada said they had really bad storms last night - sporadic power outages and lots of downed trees. Her server at work was hit too.

Yay for the gals going to WDW this week!

Happy Monday!

Car is at shop: had to be resprayed Friday for undercoating, had splash guards installed, screw in tire on Saturday, huh? Yup, same screw as splash guard. Pretty sure they are going to pay tire repair with no problem. I wasn't even going to call, because I can't prove anything and accidents happen, but wanted to let them know because they should know what happened.

DS to class tonight
