work on Invention Convention bulletin board. I'm a slave to the Science teacher, she's kicking butt on our fundraiser and she's going to sell the most pizzas so PTO volunteered 8 hours of services. Guess who's name was drawn first? LOL decided to do this at home

Good morning! We ended up getting sn*w last night. . .about 3-4 ". For us, that's a LOT of snow!! So, it's a sn*w day!! So glad, because I can spend time with DS & get my chores done that I didnt' get done yesterday.

Here's my list for today:

1. Up
2. Caffeinate
3. Empty dishwasher
4. Breakfast for us
5. Work on chore list
6. Scrap 2-4 pages
7. Lunch
8. Nap
9. Work on some work for work
10. More playtime with DS
11. Soup & sandwiches for dinner
12. Go to sleep early--unless we have another sn*w day tomorrow!!

Good Morning!

We finally got some measurable sn*w yesterday/last night--about 9 inches in the backyard. So glad the girls only have to walk 2 blocks to school

morning, set alarm so I could sign up for MK swap!!!

weekend to short, spent yesterday morning still with migraine on couch, drained in afternoon, so got NOTHING done!

megan's back to school today, feeling much better!

Brooke enjoy your s*** day, we got missed over the weekend, but maybe some on Wed.
Buffy lucky you that's why I don't go to PTO meeting anymore,just sign up when I want to do something....don't want to get sucked into the black hole

Sn*w Day!!

I just measured 6 1/2 inches on my back porch which is a TON for us! Everything is shut down and they're telling everyone to stay off the roads. Thank goodness DH waited in line for 1 1/2 hours for a sled Saturday night! We're going out to play-hope everyone has a great day!

News from my house! I had to share with my friends in the box!

I heard for DS22 in India (finally!) I have to admit, I was getting worried! Seems his phone might be broken, but he was finally able to use his computer. He is in Darjeeling, and just finished a trek thru the Himalayas. They have to leave a day early, as there is a strike planned, and they would be stuck there..

He posted a pic on his facebook.

much better, took a nap yesterday so that helped, hate when I get the 3 day migraine, but seems to be my normal routine lately.

Yeah well I'm an officer and we're all doing it. I don't mind, much, I get to play with my bug all day and I learned new stuff on my gypsy last night so it's worth it in the end. I am giving up my position after 10 years so that weight has been lifted. I told our pres I'd be willing to answer questions to whoever takes over my events, but that's it. No helping.

wow 10 years, I only did 2 as co-pres and 2 years as the always there and helping out girl...that was more than enough for me! I like being a worker bee instead , just pick easy, non stressful, no planning stuff now

I ended up getting woken by a call to come into a school so I am just getting on the computer and starting my home day now.

Today:
dinner- beef cups
make agenda for 2nd meeting tonight
celebration meeting
church council meeting
bag and tag holiday swap to mail tomorrow

DH has been home all day so I tried cleaning up around here.... so just now have about 10 mins to catch up here... Who knows what tomorrow will bring because the trek of the sn*w changes minute by minute...and for the most part the fact that its supposed to be in full swing by rush hour /school pick up time tomorrow could lead for either a delay or they go to school and have to send them home early (I laugh at send them home early..my guess is if they get them to school they'll keep them all day and not want to cancel practices and teen drivers will be in the middle of yuck and plows trying to do their jobs but can't because of accidents... ) Plus college classes start tomorrow so the kids have to drive between 4th and 5th hour to the other building!


I wanted to scrap today but with DH home he took over the scrap/office... Maybe I'll work on some tonight on the coffee table.... while we wait to see what the storm does..
Northern Indiana got dumped on... at our farm (FIL's) up north they got 35" this weekend.. 20 of which fell on Saturday night!!!

He thinks the screen is cracked. I sent him a text yesterday, but he can't see it. He will be staying with a family next, so maybe we will hear from him more. I have skype, but we haven't been able to use it yet everywhere has been was a shared or public area.
