The Crystal Palace Lunch buffett

Has anyone ate at Crystal Palace for lunch buffett? if so, was it good and what characters are normally there? any suggestions input would be very helpful. thanks

The Crystal Palace is a must do for my family! Lunch is our favorite meal there! The characters that are there include: Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, and Eeyore. The lunch buffet has a wide selection of choices for every appetite. I am a big veggie/salad person, while my husband is a big meat and potato guy and my kids are everywhere in between and this is one of our favorite meals. The dessert selection is wonderful as well. We are all well satisfied. I would recommend it to anyone!

It's great! The character interaction is good. The inside is beautiful! We enjoy the food very much. There is something for everyone even my fussy youngest!

I went to have dinner two weeks ago at the Crystal Palace. We had a wonderful time the four of us (spouse, me, boy 3, girl 1). The forementioned characters came to our table at least twice and stayed with us at least a minute to get pics taken. There´s a wide variety to choose and we had no trouble getting a table (we got there at 7:30 and by 8 pm we were having dinner)

We've done all three meals at CP (including Thanksgiving Dinner one year) and LOVED it every time!! The lunch is really great, because they offer almost everything on the dinner menu, but of course at a lower price. As arielmomma noted, the variety of choices is excellent. A good idea is to try to get your seating for the latest time they serve lunch. then you can fill up and have it be your big meal of the day. i hope your family enjoys it as much as mine. The restaruant is beautiful, light and airy. the food is delicious, the characters are fun ( I mean, come on, Tigger's there!) and who can resist the Hip Hip Hooray Parade?

So what's THE best meal to have here? I just can't decide between breakfast, lunch or dinner! In your opinion, what's the least crowded and best character interaction? And will someone please fill me in on this hip hip hooray parade?? Please!

I'm not worried about which meals has the best food, it all looks good. Would just love to have your thoughts on best time to go.

Crystal Palace is a must do every trip for my family. Any of the meals are fine, I haven't noticed a difference in the interaction with the characters at them. We probably have eaten lunch there most often we find it to be a good value...but... you can't go wrong at any of the meals.
The Hip Hip Hip Hooray Parade is a "walk around" the restaurant for the kids (kids at heart) and the characters. The characters carry Hip Hip Horray signs, there is music playing and the kids pretty much follow along. It is fun to watch (& participate in ;>)

We went to CP for lunch in April, 2008. It was our 1st time there, and we thought the food was really good! The characters were fun & the service was good. Best dining surprise of the trip.
