The crocodile hunter Steve Erwin got killed today!

MY 12 yr old DD was a big fan of his since she was a little girl. She read about it on the pc and came running to me. We couldn't belive it, we were so sadden by it. It is becoming so hard to read the articles, I am so sad over it. My prayers are out to the family.

I am soooooooo sad about this, and I'm not the type to fawn over celebs. Steve was truely a great great guy. He was awesome and the very best at what he did. So many now try and copy his style, which was just him being him. I admit that I am interested to see the footage they reportedly do have of his tragic death. If they decide to show it, I know that is a little morbid, but i would really like to see how such a great guy went out. I can almost imagine he said "oh croaky, I'm a goner" Bye Steve you were truely awesome. I am truely sad.

Both myself and DD5 loved watching him. DD has the Wiggles w/ the Croc Hunter and always thought he was just the coolest.
