The Cricut Book

Going through one of my older magazines, I noticed that Cricut has a soft cover book that looks good.Any good? Michaels?

Hi. I'm new to the disboards although I've lurked for awhile. I love scrapbooking and just recently received a cricut expression. I'm still trying to learn. What is the cricut board? Any tips you can pass on would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's a message board like ours that shows various projects, LOs, etc...

I have seen nice replies and pretty nasty replies so I only lurk!

I recently bought this book at Michael's this past weekend

I have to say that I'm disappointed. It was $16 and it was basically just a book that had like 12 different layouts and how make each layout. I thought it was going to be a book/magazine how how to make the most out of cricut (ya know, little tricks of the trade of the machine) but sadly it wasn't.

I guess next time I'll thumb through the book before buying it. I did however make one of the layouts in the book. It was a "Be Mine" layout. I used it for my son and his first "girlfriend" (they're only 13, so it's not really a relationship, but they hang out at school dances and stuff. They've been a "couple" for 11 months now) But sadly, the day after I did the layout, they broke up.
