I used to weigh 118....then I gained SIX lbs in MUSCLE!!!! But I'm not all muscular!!! THEN I gained TWO lbs this Summer since camp!!!

I want to be toned!! Not all buff, but no flab at all!!!

I play a sport every season, and then a couple in the summer...but I get out of shape between them. That's why I need to keep running...the woes of wanting to be good at something!!!
