The Crane (said like an Alien)

it seems like it is up later than it has been in the past few years. Has it just become a permanent fixture to the castle?

It is in the fall and after the first of the year. If you want the lights on the castle and the castle maintained, the crane is a necessary evil. Go between March and October or November and December and you will almost never see it, unless they have an emergency repair to do.

The last two years, it's been up until later in March because of work on the castle itself and the Hub construction. But, except for the last couple of years, it's unusual to have it up that late.

I understand the necessary evil part. We will be there in less than 2 weeks, and hoping maybe it will not be there. Otherwise, I will work on some different angle shots of the castle to try and disguise it
