The Countdown continues.....

One more week until the big family vacation. Taking 15 people to the World. Hopefully they are all done changing the schedule around and messing up all our ADRs. I told them they are lucky it's January with all the changes to reservations they are making less than 2 weeks out.

Good luck! I led 15 family members through WDW back in April. In the weeks before we left, I was super frustrated with all the last minute changes BUT we had a wonderful time. Just anticipate that you will have to slow down and allow a lot of time to get 15 people moving in the same direction and you will be good! We made a ton of amazing memories and despite my claims of "never again" during the planning, we are hoping to do it again in a couple of years!

Also, try to take as many photos of the entire group together as possible. Though all 15 of us were together a lot, we ended up with only 2 decent photos of all of us together which is one of my biggest regrets. If you all head to the parks at the same time in the morning, try to get everyone to stop for a photo before splitting up. Or if you are meeting for meals, get a shot of everyone outside the restaurant before going in. And definitely try to get a couple at the resort. I really wish we had a good photo of all 15 of us at Kidani Village.

Good luck to you! I'm sure all will be well. I'd take a trip in a few days at WDW with 15 family members over working any day, that is for sure! We're taking 18 family members to WDW in July. Let me know if I'm just plain crazy after you get back from your trip!

Hi Fellow Long Islander!! We will be at Animal Kingdom Jambo House from 1/8-1/14. I plan on heading to Home Depot for my lime green Mickey head. So if you see it attached to a frustrated looking chubby person with a black bag please say hi!! I may need some saving!
