If you purchase one beer per country in Epcot, how much would it approximately cost? How much does one drink cost? How much is a beer at the Polynesian Resort? I presume alcohol is very expensive in disney. It's not like i want to ruin my vacation by drinking too much, but i've always wanted to sample beers at all the countries at epcot.:)

I'm not a beer drinker but my DH is and it's always his routine when we're in Epcot to have a beer in every country. I don't think the prices were that bad considering we're in Disney but my DH doesn't care because he loves them! You can't get them here at home and only at Epcot so it's well worth the $$$ for him. Hopefully another poster will know the actual price. Sorry I couldn't help you with that.

One beer per country would be around $60. Most beers are $7.00 (draught), but the Labatt's (plastic bottle) in Canada may be a little cheaper, like $6.00. There used to be a beer on tap in Norway that was considerably cheaper than the rest of them... Ringnes? It was like $5.50.

I know what I'm doing in Sept, though. I'm buying a bottle of wine in France and wagging it around like the wino I am.:woohoo:

Drinking around the world baby! It all depends on beer choice..It's like $4.75-$7.50 for drafts. Like previous poster said, who cares! It's an awsome experience:thumbsup2

I knew someone would know the price and I figured it wasn't that bad.

Hey....when you consider the quality of the beer it's actually cheaper than buying it at sport arena. At Giants Stadium and Yankee Stadium it's $7.50 for a bottle of Bud:scared1:

I don't remember but I think they charged my like 20 bucks for the bottle of asprin the next day at the gift shop:lmao:

That's the truth, isn't it!! Wow, drinking around the world at Disney...just one more thing to look forward to when I finally get there!!

I set aside Beer and drink $$ and sometimes its more than the souvinier/food money.:confused3 :drinking1

how big are these drafts? how many ounces? 7.00 dollars isn't bad if you get a yard of beer. also, how much are bud light drafts?

I dont think $7 was for the yard of beer. I think it would be 12 or 16oz draughts.

Dh does his beer and I do my Rosa Regale, I figure that makes us even!

It can easily cost you between $60-$80. Some of the places have bottled beer which is cheaper and other places have 160z drafts which cost around $7.

Then you get to the 1/2 yards of beer which are around $12 but you can get them refilled for a cheaper price.

It's definitely a fun thing to do regardless of price. Me & 3 friends did it right after we turned 21 and we had so much fun.

Nothing beats having 11+ drinks and then riding Mission Space and Test Track :thumbsup2

So often I plan to drink around the world but can't get my lazy butt out of the Rose & Crown!:rotfl2:

I think they have the greatest atmosphere in all of WC for drinking and people-watching - and its air conditioned, so its a bit nicer than the open outdoor squares of say Italy on those sizzling Florida days.

So I drink my way around the United Kingdom . . . Bass, Harp , Guiness :cool1:

Here's a vote for Rosa Regale as the best drink in all of World Showcase! :dancer:

Now I actually bring a couple bottles with me on my trips to have at the resort. Start a little party back at the room! party:

That is exactly why we start at the other end in mexico....LOL The rose and crown is awsome, we always finish off there in time to get some fish-n-chips a couple yards and watch the fireworks. :thumbsup2

I found a place near where we vacation in MI that sells it. I was so excited last week I might have scared the wine shop owner. He did admit to liking it also and wondered where I had tried it before. My hardly ever drinking parents are new converts! They thought I was a little nuts before talking about a wine I have at WDW but they came around.

I tried that once, starting at Mexico, but my heart was in the Rose & Crown :rotfl2:

I had my local liquor store order it in for us. We had to buy a case that first time (heck its only 6 bottles), but now they stock it and sell quite a bit of it. I mean shouldn't I get a commission?:rotfl:

The best is having a glass and sitting at the open square in Italy - but beware - everyone will walk up to you and ask what that beautiful red drink is!:thumbsup2

How long would it take to drink around the world? Do you just go in like a bar an order a beer or do you have to take a tour? Wouldnt mind doing this between the 7:00 and 9:00 extended hours!
