Funny "loins" story... I used that word once on the phone and my Dad almost thought I was an obscene caller! A few years ago my Dad had one of those answering machines that screens calls. It asked you for your name, would ring my folks' phone and would then play back who you said you were and ask if they wanted to take the call. One time I called him, and just for yucks I decided to use another Biblical term. When the answering machine asked me who I was, I said "The fruit of your loins!" When my Dad heard that, he almost rejected my call... and then it hit him!!!

No need to apologize. I'm just very angry right now that this is what is going to happen to people in this country who do not worship at the altar of Obama. I kind of had the feeling that this was going to happen - just not to me. Lucky for me -- PTS like criminals are pretty stupid and they open their pieholes too much. Thank God, he did and I was able to nip it in the bud and put the PTB on alert. I'm sad and disgusted at was has happened. Uniter my patootie. Divider more likely. I don't blame Obama for the actions of his minions, but I'd wish he send them another text message telling them to lay off -- or maybe the PTS should realize that there is another election in 2012. We will not forget and we will tell our stories.

Oh, I am so happy to hear that! Isn't the person who started that Janine Turner, who played "Maggie" on Northern Exposure? That show is what got us interested in moving to Alaska. There is a little town up here called Talkeetna that the show was modeled after. It is very much like the town in the show.

Hi all, just checking in (been sneaking around packing) and you've already got 12 pgs. I'm going to miss a lot while we're gone (haven't decided if we're taking the laptop yet) we leave tomorrow morning and will be at WDW by about 4 p.m., it's a long flight. So anyhow, I've managed to get everyone packed and nobody noticed, got the dog to the kennel (I told the kids she needed to get her microchip adjusted), and now I'm just waiting for them to fall asleep so I can finish packing. We'll surprise them in the morning, I can't wait!
