I joined in April and immediately ordered 10 Q&Cs and 2 Breakfast vouchers online. The first time, it said my card couldn't be processed, to try later. Same for the second, third and fourth time within one week. I decided one day to check my credit card online and saw I was billed FOUR TIMES from Connections!!!! I then called and Connections said they had no record of my transaction (thank God the girl understood at the credit card company and deleted the charges).
Once I talked to a representative at Connections one-on-one, my order was straight and in the mail and at my doorstep within four days. I decided to keep Connections throughout the year due to our upcoming October trip. I will say I'm not going to order online anymore, just straight through the phone.
I'll just wait and see how they fare this time around!!
