These past two days are making history and I don't like it. It is unseasonably cold. <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/28/28_3_5.gif' border=0></a>

54 today....it may have made it to 58 as the high.

What's it like in your neck of the <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/16/16_4_19.gif' border=0></a>?

I'm sitting here all bundled up. I think it got up to the low 60s today, but it feels much colder when I look at the calender!

It's been unseasonably cool here too in southeastern PA.

That and lots and lots and lots (did I mention lots?) of rain. My grass is usually brown and near death by this time. It needs cutting again (just cut it less than a week ago).

Super muggy and in the mid-upper 80's. Only supposed to get to upper 60's tonight, and still super sticky. The remnants of Bonnie are supposed to hit tomorrow mid day and Charlie's supposed to come by Saturday night. So I guess it's gonna stay sticky for awhile. We had a cold start to the summer, but it's definitely warmed up. Still not as bad as a normal summer, but plenty warm enough considering where we were even last weekend.

Kind a kills that global warming nonsense.

I was so cold last night that I put an extra blanket on the bed! Tonight we are supposed to get record lows- 42! Makes me even more anxious to get to the world.

I think the high today was about 70. Although it felt cool. This is just outrageous for STL in August.

I'm near St Louis, too. Actually, I work in north county. I cannot believe how gorgeous it was today!

Way cooler here. We have only used our pool passes 3 times this summer (although it was very warm the week we were on DCL).
Don't worry, I go back to work in a school that is NOT air-conditioned on Aug. 23--I'm on the second floor facing the sun--it will no doubt be at least upper 80s that first week!

just like here ::yes::

It got up to 57 here. We didn't have much of a summer, this year :(

I think all the hot weather is over on this side :(
And I'm tired of it!! I want my cool and sometimes rainy days back.
We hit upper 80's today and that's pretty much the norm since July......which is NOT normal for us.
We have had our A/C running more this summer than any other.

Its been really nice here...about 72 degrees out, and a cool breeze as the day gets longer. Nights in the 60s...too cold for right now..i cant believe its august 13th.

At least you have A/C!!! It hit 93 here -blaaaaaaahhhhhh.

I want rain!! :umbrella: :umbrella: :umbrella: :umbrella: :umbrella: :umbrella:

It has been unusually rainy. The temperatures have been cooler than normal, too, but not a lot cooler. We have had plenty of air conditioner days.

It's been like Fall here in Okie-homa for the better part of the last month. . . lot's of record lows, and for the first time since I've lived here (12+ yrs off and on) it looks like we will not be getting one day over 100 degrees. . .

It's a little weird, but considering that the summer before last we had 40 days in a row over 100, I'm not complaining.. . :teeth:

Chicago area...60s for 4 days in a row! Its great! I wish it would stay like this year round! No more 80s! :D

We've had a pretty good summer here but too short, as usual. Some cool days but many have been in the 80's with little humidity.

Right now it's VERY humid because of all the tropical activity. I feel like I've jumped into a vat of super glue.
