Just thought I would post this here as well. I am really interested in finding someone who would be willing to work with me and make me a pre-made scrapbook for my upcoming trip to Disneyland. This is an album that I made for each of my 3 grandchildren of our trip to WDW in 2008. It is pretty simple but I plan for my next album of this year's trip to be greatly improved from all of the cool ideas that I plan to scraplift from the talented scrappers here.

It was very rewarding when the kids really liked them since you never know if what you love will be important to them. My grandson's first comment was "How long did it take you to make this?!". The answer was "a really longtime'. I don't think I'll try such an ambitious project again.

I am working on uploading pics of what I have been working on since I last posted....it's crazy how much I scrap when I get into it. I decided to make two scrapbooks for last years trip because we took SO many amazing pictures.

So, I realized that if I continued in the scrapbook I was working in, that the book would be ridiculously big (anyone else have this problem? haha)

so I went on to Book 2 of our adventure...

This was inspired by a layout challenge some time ago

The legos took some time to create- I used a hole punch to make the tops of them

I created Boo's door by looking at a picture of it in DW

I am in a slump and hoped that posting pictures would get me moving.

I love all of your pictures with characters. Since we have been to the parks so many times we like to do all of the non-ride fun things when we are there without the kids and grandkids. We have a ton of character pics and I am always looking for new ways to scrap them. That's what I love about these boards.

Don't feel bad about multiple books. I never have less than 2 books from any trip longer than a weekend. Sometimes it's as many as 4 volumes - 3" each! When I am old and cannot get around I will sit in my rocking chair and look back at the scrapbooks and remember that I had a great life!
