I love these too!! :worship: Keep the great ideas coming!

Love looking at all these layouts! Thought I'd share what I've been working on from my trip to Disneyland in May.

It was me and my dad--he was there for a convention, and I had both never been to DL and had a friend who lives in LA that I hadn't seen in ages. It was a good time for a trip. This is what I have so far:

I think that was a commercial they were filming in front of the castle)

Cute pages!! Thanks for sharing :)

Here's my latest page that I've gotten done. It's been a slow past few months.

Great page. I am still workig along (very slow must add) on my 2006 WDW trip. I have an easier time sitting down and making cards then I do a page for some reason, must change that or at least work on both equally.

Cute! I love the filmstrip. Where did you get that/how did you make that?

Thanks. The filmstrip I made witht the Cricut. It's on the Mickey and Friends cartridge as an icon border. I cut it at 2.5 inches and put a couple of them together to fit the width of the page.

I think I am going to have to get a Cricut for Christmas!

Great layouts! I am trying to get my scrapping mojo back and this is really helping! Disneyrider, what great layouts! ColleenG, I love the theme of that page--what a great way to tie together some misc. character pics I have laying around.

I think I just found a way to spend the next few hours. Wonder how long it will take to get through this entire thread? (I started at the end!):surfweb:

These last pages are adorable, all of them. I :worship: JenM, ColeenG, Disney Rider your genius ladies! Disney Rider how did you make the little characters in your LO's. I've also been looking to get my scrapbooking mojo back and you ladies sure are helping. I'm looking into the Cricut, is it really easy to use? I've been eyeing it for awhile and I've been afraid once I get it home I'll be lost. I only have the weekends to work on my scrapbooking so I need something fast and dependable to work with. Any advice on the Cricut would be greatly appreciately. :thumbsup2 TFS!!:worship:

Those are little peices of magic by EK Success and Jolee's but shhhhh i don't think any scrapbookers know about them yet so lets keep it between you and me K......:ssst: :tiptoe:
And yes buy a cricut.

Ok, about the Cricut, they have this deal http://www.4cricut.com/ on their website. Is this the newest machine (I doubt it but thought I would ask) and if not, what is the difference b/w this one and the new one, Expression (besides the $)? Any Cricut users care to elaborate for me, I would greatly appreciate it. My main concern is naturally, the Disney cartridges, do they work on both machines or just the new one? Are the cartridges easy to come by (we do have a Michaels about 45 minutes away from me, but I've never noticed them before, probably because I wasn't looking for them :lmao: DUH!). What I mean is will I need to get them online? TIA :thumbsup2

Get your cricut from Wal-mart it's cheaper and no shipping charges, you still get the George Cart.
Just get the regular Cricut to start with I have not had a need for the experssion as of yet, when the need changes I'll buy one.
All Cartridges are universal. If you want some advice i wait for the carts to go on sale at micheals and i get alot of them on Ebay.
Ebay is awesome for all elements of scrapbooking supplies and alot of times the shipping prices are lower than alot oof the scrapbook websites out there.

Definately get the Cricut. You'll love it. It's easy to use. The Disney characters just take a little time to piece together. Michael's had the carts on sale every now and then for $40. That's when I stock up on them. If I need it sooner I usually look online or ebay.

Thanks! I still need to finish my DL book, and scrap my WDW from last December. I'm also going to London and Paris next month, plus I have a new nephew, so I can't wait to start scrapping all that too. I only have the weekends too, so I may never leave the house again if I take it on all at once.

I love scrapbooking Disney stuff, it's the most fun!

I've been looking into getting the Cricut too, my cousin has it and it looks awesome.

Thank you all for your replies. I never even thought of Walmart! I'm going to be doing some comparison and see where I get the best deal. You ladies are all great, thanks again for the advice! :worship: :thanks: :thanks: :thanks:

Disney Rider I love how you double mount the pages and the use of tacks. Really gives it dimension like you said. Great pages.

I'm finally getting DDs autograph/photo album from last September done. Here are some teaser pics to start with. I'll get them all up eventually. Enjoy!
