Wow,

So I have read lots and lots of trip reports and pre-trip reports, all of which have been so amazing, they all seem to just draw me in and I feel as if I am in the middle of Main Street USA and the smell of fresh cinabuns fills the air around me :cloud9: ..........then out of no where I am hit on the head with a flying toy and brought back to reality by my two wonderfully super active kids:headache: LOL. So I think I am goning to give this a try :scared:

Back in August of this year my husband and I decided it was time to go back to the World, my favorite place on earth:woohoo: After telling my younger sister and my newphew who accompanied us on our last trip in July 06 they asked if they could join us again my mom got news and before i knew it we had the whole family on board :yay: :cool1: so lets meet the cast:popcorn::

DW 25 - Thats me, I am the planner, organizer and Captin of this here trip, I have the most Disney Vacations under my belt coming in at a Whooping 2 (2003 ASM Me, DH, DS, 2006 ASM Me, DH, DS, DD, Dsis & DN) I am a Big thrill seeker cant wait to ride everest again.

DH 28 - His number one priority is making me and the children happy, not a big fan of the Orlando heat and the sun especially since we always visit during the summer ( did I mention we are from the Cayman Islands), but loves to see our faces light up at the site of Cinderellas Castle ( between me and you His face lights up too but he wont admit it :rolleyes1 ) Not a thrill seeker gets sick on the tea cups but loves Goffey Coaster, major milestone for him LOL

DS 7 - Loves the big thrills just like me, so now I will have company as he is really big for his age ( looks like a 8yr old), Loves all things Disney a boy after his momma heart

DD 3 - on word DIVA, :cutie: she so cute and adorable and says the darndeast things loves all things princess and Hannah Montana ( I bought her the CD for Christmas with a real Mic) she sings in front of the T.V. with all the movements and facial expressions watch out cause she's coming up

DM - My mom would kill me if i posted her age lets just say she's mature so glad to be going on this trip with all of her family together, wants to see the world through the eyes of her 3 grand children

DD- Dad is laid back his motto "What ever makes you girls happy"

DB 15 - He will correctly me later so let me says that he will offically be 16 by date of travel, loves his sisters and his niece and newphews cant wait to go to Disney talks about it everyday he's the "Popular Guy" in school wants to be a DJ when he grows up

DS 23 - She loves to have fun and we like to do things together as often as possible she really is learning the ropes of Disney dosent like big thrills but goes on them anyway we get kicks out of her "on ride Pics" haven't come across one yet were she has not conficated my arm and her eyes are open :scared1: lol

DN 3 - My Nephew and my Daughter are only 20 days apart, but they are like night and day he's a bit scared of the characters but if his mom holds him he will tolorate it for a while, long enough to get a picture of him frowning.

Well thats the cast coming up next hotel ressie, airfar and adrs...

Yah!

The reservations are booked and everyone is online we are all set to go ASM Aug. 3-18 2008

My sister and I are now looking at touring plans and disney resturants to start planning our time at the world..... This is so exciting my daughter is a big Cinderella fan which 3 yrs girl isn't? So we are definatly going to do breakfast or lunch in the castle I am having a hard time trying to decide when if anyone has experienced both I would live to read your thoughts on this, my nephew would enjoy Pooh and Tigger so Crystal Palace is a must do as well again any suggestions would be most helpful.

My mom had a great idea in that she wants to give all the kids camera's so they can take pictures for her scrapbook, a birds eye view of Disney from the angel of two 3 yr olds and a 7 yr old.... I wonder how many photos of mysterious shoes and feet well get in those LOL.

Well today has been a long day last min christmas prep so until next time....:santa: Merry Christmas Everyone and Happy New Year yes 2008 will be a good one:santa:

Hi. I just found your PTR and I'm along for the adventure!!!
Your trip sounds like such fun:goodvibes

I can't believe the coincidence, my son and my sister's daughter are 20 days apart also!!! He was born Sept. 25 and she was born Oct. 15:cutie: That's amazing!!!

Where are you from? Do you live in the Cayman Islands now? We went to Grand Cayman in 2003 on Holland America's Zaandam. We loved it, it was beautiful. We didn't get far, just did a boat tour with a little sub glass window compartment underneath it. The babies were 1 then and my son was 7 and they all loved seeing all the beautiful fish.

I can't wait to hear more about your Disney plans. Do you pretty much know what you want to do already?

Merry Christmas and have fun:santa:

:goodvibes

Wow my first response what a rush.

Well my family is originally from NYC, my Father is a born Caymanian all Caymanian ties on his side of the family, my mothers the New Yorker, My husband is also Caymanian. We all live in the Cayman Islands now so glad to hear you enjoyed your visit here, you should visit for a few days so much more to see here :cheer2:

LOL funny how that worked out isn't it ( our children and their cousins) exact in the time difference :rotfl2:

We are still combing our way through touring plans, I am thinking about using tour guide mike to see how that would work out the ages vary so much in our group but we all just want to be together (ages at time of arrival 54-4).

ADRS are giving us the biggest headach though so hard to chose we dont want to have adrs everyday because it limits us to time in the park one way or the other and yet they all soound so good.:headache:

I couldn't help but notice your ticker congrats I am so excited for you now please send a link to your TR or PTR if you have one :yay:

So I have been away for a while (Studying for my Accounting Qaulificatiosn...taking all my time but I have one more exam until I am free for the rest of the summer:cool1: ) Now I can take some more time for my PTR....so whats been happening these pass few months you say.....

For starters we switched hotels we are now staying at POP for the first time and I think the whole family would appreciate the theme here......

We narrowed down our ADR's to a very short list

CRT Breakfast ( my daughters must do activity....even though she has no clue we are going)

SCI-FI Lunch my brother and son share a passion for classic cars ( so I think for that alone my son would enjoy it much)

Le Cellier this one is for the grown folk we all love steak and steak house food couldn't resist this one.

and that it for ADRs as soon as my exam is done on Thursday I plan to start working on the Daily IT and touring plans....I ahve also hit a trip milestone My ressies and Full paid for......now for this ticker to tick down......

stay tuned:banana:
