well....most of you know that i have been planning a surprise trip to universal for me, my niece, and my nephew since last august. i wasn't going to tell them since we aren't going until june 28th but i couldn't hold it in. for easter today, i decided to hide little messages in the plastic easter eggs and then have an easter egg hunt. my niece took a while to find them all and put the sentence together but they were so happy and surprised.

i can't wait to go!

Cute way of telling them. I may have to borrow that idea in the future for my kids. My 2 dds are 10 and 11 and are above the Easter bunny, but I insist on hiding eggs each year stuffed with money and trinkets and filling baskets for them. This year I put Disney Dollars in their eggs for our upcoming Universal/Disney trip. But I really like your idea of a surprise!

the only problem...all of the questions have started! they are like little sponges so now i have to supply them with more photos and facts about RPR and the parks. this is their first trip to universal and my first trip staying onsite. are there kid's guides to universal like birnbaum has for disney?
