After a busy day at Epcot, we were ready for dinner at Teppan Edo. We only waited a few minutes and then we were seated at a table right by the entrance with two other couples and a woman.
We had a waitress who came to take our order before the cook came to the table, but it was really hard to hear her because the restaurant was so loud and we weren't always sure what was going on.
I didn't get any picutes of our plates, but I did get these:
Onion Volcano
Cooking
I ordered the shrimp and chicken and Travis ordered the shrimp and steak. The cook made the noodles and vegetables first and started the meats a few minutes later. She made a lot of cute jokes and things while she was cooking, which was nice.
The noodles tasted fine, but the portion was a little small, especially since neither one of us liked the squash or other vegetables. They did bring out a small bowl of white rice for each person, but it was a little cold and brought out after we were served most of our other food.
The shrimp was awesome!!!!

We each got about 5-6 shrimp and they were perfectly cooked. They tasted great with the white sauce. (The waitress explained what it was, but we couldn't hear her... whatever it was tasted great!)
The chicken was ok. Each person got a full chicken breast, but she cooked them all together and cut them up before she served them. It tasted fine, but I thought it was a little dry. I tried dipping it in the sauces, and the white one tasted good, but not as good as on the shrimp. If we ever come back here, I will skip the chicken and just order the shrimp, since it was tasted so much better.
I'm not a big steak person, so I didn't try any of it, but Travis said it was good and he was happy that he ordered it well done and it was actually well done.
The one thing that I didn't like about this meal was that it was all cooked at the same time, so some things took longer to finish and things got cold on your plate if you tried to eat them together.
We ordered Cokes to drink and ice cream for dessert. Neither was anything special. I debated about ordering the chocolate ginger cake or the green tea pudding, but decided to go the safe route. One of the other ladies at the table orded the cake and said it was quite good.
I had read a lot of people complain that the portions here were small. For Disney standards, they are small, but we were full at the end of the meal.
