We have a cat. 3 for an upcoming cruise.....For those who have had cat. 1-3, when do they usually contact us to pre book PALO? Also, has anyone ever not been contacted? If so, what do you do about that?

Another member posted before that she prebooked spa ressies.....Is this true? I thought you just met the concierge and they did that for you.

Sorry for all the questions, this is the first time we have stayed in a cat. 3 We usually stay in a cat. 4.

Ohh one more thing...I know you have menu's from the restruants in your rooms.....can you order brunch from PALO or just dinner?
