I have send a message to PA DISNEY to make sure me checking the stroller in at my check-out time works for her. If not, I will be happy to check it in earlier for her or meet her face to face. Hi, we just got back an hour ago from our trip (it was great) and I wanted to give a quick stroller status report from the field, so to speak...

First off, stroller works perfectly, beautifully. I expected it to be a bit beaten down, but aside from a few stains on the seats (looks like they were wiped out best they could be, not "nasty" at all, lol), the thing works perfectly. Orange made it easy to spot, as others have said. It held my kiddos, 3 & just turned 7, just fine (I put the bigger kid nearest me, I found that physics-wise it was easier for me to manoeuver the stroller that way). It folds like a dream--pull the two red finger hooks below the handles, collapse it, then hook the latch--and you can fold it up with stuff in the basket below (HUGE for us in getting on/off busses). Drink holder/caddy sleeve up on the handles was handy.

As far as the passing it off and picking it up, I was lucky that the previous stroller borrower dropped it off at CBR for me, thank you, Becky!!!!! I also dropped it off at the next borrower's hotel--it was off Disney and the only downsides to this were the $32 cab ride (the driver charged me $16 each way for the no-more-than-10-min-drive, but I had to do it as I had to get back in time for Magical Express); the other downside was the bell hop at the hotel where I dropped it was less than enthused (and a little surly, truth be told), but he checked it in and gave me the claim check, should be no problems tomorrow when the next borrower picks it up.

Just wanted to add that the borrower before me, Becky, texted me the claim check number (emailed me? PM'd me? can't remember, I just got back, but you get my drift). That was a great idea, don't know if that's what everyone's been doing or not, but brilliant, I did the same thing, hope it helps the next borrower as much as it helped us.

Ok, I know we were wondering about the stroller's condition (and even it's existence for awhile, lol), so I hope that helped. I'll upload a pic of my kiddos in it when I get a chance.

Thanks for the update! with updates saying just "it looks pretty used, I was worried that the wheels were falling off or something. Good to know the only problems are cosmentic. So...any future swap leaders- orange is easy to spot, but stains show better than if we had chosen a black or navy stroller.
Also, thanks so much for going out your way to keep the plans you had made!
And I really apriciated the text to let me know you had recieved it!

Looks like I'm switching from Pop Century to All STar Sports due to the deal that came out yesterday only being available at All Star Sports. Does it make a difference? I guess I should just contact those before and after me.

Can someone remind me what the default, home base is for this stroller?

AS Movies is the original resort, but it is best to contact the swappers before and after you to figure what works best for everyone.

On a side note..I am sorry for not being around the last week or so. My family is moving in a week, so free time has been a rarity. We leave here next monday, and will be settled by wednesday in florida, hopefully. I'll try to do better at checking in, but wanted to thank you guys for answering questions and keeping things running!

I think it depends on what you work out. The person before me is leaving it at my hotel, so I'm going to return a favor and take it to the next person's hotel

Person before me was gracious enough to check it into my hotel (she was staying elsewhere on Dis property), so I did the same for the swapper after me (who was not on Dis property, but how could I NOT 'pay it forward' as previous swapper had done for me?).

Just get in touch with the folks before and after you and see what you guys can work out.

GL, I'm still so excited that my stroller swap (last week already!) went so well!

Hi, here is the only photo I thought to take of the stroller in action. This was at the bus stop @ CBR, getting ready to set out for EMH @ DHS (could I throw any more acronyms in there, lol? )

My boys, ages 3 & 7 (very slim 7, just 50# on the dot!) loved the stroller. Notice the drink and map in the super pouch holder by the handles.

And PS--don't worry, the little one is not eating applesauce in the stroller, I promise! He just carried it away from breakfast. We didn't let them eat anything besides Cheez-its, Kix or Cheerios in the stroller!!!

Hi guys! We really enjoyed using the stroller! It worked out so well for us. As previous posters have said, the cover is kind of dirty. It has some stains on it, looks like food or drinks may have been spilled on it. That didn't bother me though, I just did a little scrub down and sprayed it down with some lysol. It had a little packet of Clorox wipes with it. When I checked it back in, the little pack was still almost full. The basket in the bottom holds a lot. I also liked the storage area near at the top too. It is a great stroller.

However, it's pretty worn to only have come about in September. Being used practically every day is taking it's toll on it, and I think that's to be expected. My husband made a comment that he thought something may happen to one of the front wheels soon. I'm just not sure how long the stroller will last into the swap that is going on for next year. Just a heads up.

Please keep us informed if anything happens to it so that we can take the appropriate action. I am really hoping that it makes to me in August!!!
Please make sure that you are adhering to the 45lb weight limit per child. The wheels will bend in and snap off if the weight limit is constantly being overloaded!!

Try not to get too alarmed guys, I didn't mean to freak anyone out. It's still in pretty good shape now, like I said, it worked out GREAT for us! It's not on the brink of falling to pieces or anything! It is showing some signs of wear and tear though, afterall, it is being used a lot! I'd just be a little cautious if you're scheduled later on next year, maybe try to get an update before your trip. We *may* be going back in June, so I'd try to get it then too, but I'd be looking for a little update ahead of time.

I have to echo Kadesha's post! I was two swappers ago, but that stroller is physically in great shape, sturdy and durable. I expected by now there would be some quirks or loose things out of whack--but the stroller is absolutely structurally fine! The only problems we noticed were cosmetic. This swap group is doing a fine job of preserving it and taking care of it, the thing was rock solid! Keep up the good work!
