The Boys Are Back in Town

Someone did a tshirt with "the boys are back in town". it had Donald, Mickey & Goofy, like the 3 Mouseketeers holding swords in front of a castle. I would like to modify & use this design but I don't remember who did it? I would like to add my 3 nephews names please? If you remember who did it would you mind sending me in the right direction?
