So the standard room comes with a fridge and a coffie pot right?, I wanted to get some ground coffie from the Poly(they still sell kona coffie right?) and have it in the room. I am really worried about the soda Issue and refilling our mugs:scared1:. We are big POP drinkers and refill many times during the day and right now it sounds like such a hassel getting them refill. I am I reading to much into this?, or is this a real Issue??.
Yes all their rooms include a fridge and a pot for making Coffee. As for the mugs from what I read it doesn't sound like to much of a problem getting them refilled and if there are lines at the Boardwalk Bakery or Seashore Sweets they always move very fast.

Ok I did not know hess was so near by?, we where going to order some from garden grocer anyway. We like to get pop going to and from the resorts so thats why we ask?

Hess is literally through the parking lot and across the road. Very easy to get to. The road is fairly busy, but it's not hard to cross. We did this last week, soda was on sale! :thumbsup2

They have bottles and jugs of water too. Bananas, apples, tons of chips, some essentials-like laundry detergent, diapers, hair stuff, etc. Milk is cheaper at the BW store.

The mugs can be refilled at the following locations. Boardwalk Bakery, Boardwalk Joe's, Boardwalk Pizza Window and Seashore Sweets.

You should also know they are only sold at the Boardwalk Bakery and Seashore Sweets.

Do you know if they will refill them at the pool bar?

One comment I have read about the Boardwalk is that when staying in the Villas section is that it takes longer getting to Epcot. So when someone says that are they starting to time it from their room to the International Gateway? The way I see it no matter if you stay on the Inn side or Villas side you both go down to the Boardwalk the same way once you are in the lobby, so once you get down there that's really when you should time how long the walk to Epcot really is. Personally I always thought it was a 5 minute walk or less when going there. So does anyone understand what I am saying?

I have never said the walk to Hollywood Studios takes longer because the rooms on the Inn side are close to Epcot, where as the Villas rooms are closer to Hollywood Studios, because I don't time it once I leave my room. I time it once I get onto the Boardwalk and start walking there.

So was doing more number crunching after I took off the CL and kept the DxDP,it looks like I should stay with the CL and drop the DxDP!. Oh well I get to call Disney again:woohoo:

Managed to snag a BWI room for the night before our April spring break cruise. I had originally booked a room at the Swan at a good price but juse wasn't feeling the love there. I was able to get a flex deal saving me 30% off rack so I'm happy. We have stayed at YC before so I'm familiar with the location, just a little puzzled about the BWI layout. From the hotel are there any walkways/halls that open onto the boardwalk, like a stairwell that opens directly outside? We found one at YC that saved us from having to always return to the lobby to exit out to the back and it was a big timesaver. Looking forward to the visit, always up for new things!!

Ya!!:banana::dance3::dance3:, I was just able to make my change. Yesterday I had drop CL and kept DxDP. I was doing some number crunching, and I could of save a few dollars by staying with CL and drop DxDP. Well this morining I called and they where able to do it:cool1:. I kept my request for Boradwalk view. They are so great as many times as I have changed my resv the past couple of weeks i thought for sure they would see my number again and say here we go again.:lmao:

If you never stayed there before the hallways can seem very long. However once you remember where your room is and etc, they are very easy to figure out and the walk won't seem that long. As for getting onto the Boardwalk once you come off the elevator from the Inn side you can either walk down the stairs past the Belle Vue Lounge, which have doors that take you right out onto the Boardwalk. You can also take a different elevator which goes right down to that same location of doors.

BWI/CL is the perfect, absolutely perfect reservation. BWI alone is wonderful, but add the lounge and those awesome cast members----you don't need to make any more changes!

Yep no more changes please!!:rotfl2:. Now I can go ahead and plan my ADR's:cool1: and park schedule we will never go by:rotfl2:
