scottmel-Stick with the BWI. This is our favorite resort from the time we couldn't go bck to the BC. :worship: The CM are what make our trip so special time after time. We are heading back to Florida on Wednesday for the Nascar race. The bad thing, we have to stay closer to the track for a few days. The good thing, we have a car and can drive to the BWI and meet up with the CM. Once the race is over, we are back to the BWI but only for 1 night.

Ah HA!!! So that's how you got your name....very clever :rotfl: And I thought it was short for National Association of Serious Club-level Afficionados Regularly. Well, that clears that up.

I have looked everywhere for pictures of the refurbished deluxe rooms - are there any? Thanks for any help.

Hi,

I'm sure this question has been asked before but I haven't been able to read the entire thread yet....

Do all non-club level Water View rooms have a balcony and boardwalk view?

If I am interpreting the description correctly, "Water View Rooms are located in the Main Building and offer a view of the BoardWalk and Crescent Lake", I would say they do.

Will we definitely have a balcony and boardwalk view if we book this category?

We are booking October 1-6. This is our first stay at the Boardwalk. Really excited.

I would appreciate any replies, feedback, suggestions, etc.

Thanks,

surrey bike is 20.00 per half hour for a bike that has one row - could fit 3...

I'm almost positve all water views are of the Boardwalk. But, when we were there last month, I did add a request for full Boardwalk view because I didn't want one of those rooms on the side (over the Flying Fish Cafe area). We got a room over the arcade. It was great to have that view...lots of special memories!

I'm hoping to stay here in December when I take some of the Disney Institute courses... my first time at an Epcot resort!!!

It will give me a great chance to see lots of the Xmas decorations up close :santa:

That is exactly where my room was in December; over the arcade and directly across from the photo booth. I absolutely loved it!

To the person that asked: when I made my reservation, I had the CM on the phone note that I did want a Boardwalk view (just in case). I also made a request for it at check-in. (again, just in case... I wanted that view!! :teeth:)

Here's our view!! Almost exactly alike!

Yup! Your room was what? Probably only two or so down from where mine had been? I was in 3219. It was a long walk from the elevators for that room but being a walker, I didn't mind at all. I wouldn't mind putting in a room request for it on my next trip in 2010.

We were 2 rooms down from yours!

dd has to be in every pic!

That would be kind of cool to go back to the same room on your next trip. It was so peaceful in the morning, wasn't it! I think the Boardwalk is one of the best views on property!

Is it possible to have a view of Epcot to see the fireworks or are those views only on the Villa side?

I might be wrong but I thought it was the Inn side rather than the villas that had the fireworks views?

In 2007 when staying at the Inn, we were given a room overlooking the gardens, we could see the Eiffel Tower and had a great view of the fireworks - it was perfect :)

Thanks Dolce27 and of the seas. I'm going to add a request for a full boardwalk view to my reservation.

Just got back tonight from our stay from June 28-Today. Will post more later, but we had a GREAT room! It was deluxe club level room 4255, right above Seashore Sweets. I will try to post pictures of our room and view in the next week :) I have lots of notes if anyone has questions :)

This thread is so informative!

Does anyone know which/where the adjoining rooms are located? My family and I are looking to have a full Boardwalk view but we need an adjoining room.
And on page 84 there are pictures of a wonderfully updated room. Silly question but have all the rooms (standard) been renovated as the room in the pictures?
Thanks!

I think that all rooms in the Boardwalk have been fully renovated. My room had been an adjoining room, was room 3219. Beware that it is a long walk to that room. I didn't mind it at all (although in my TR I joked that it was located in the French pavilion). But some of those rooms are really far down from the elevator bank so be prepared for that.
