I had to work tonight and I missed it and I have a friend who is one of the "losers".

That's so much fun watching someone you know on a reality TV show. I had a friend on the apprentice (a show I never would have watched otherwise) and that was always the night of the week I'd look forward to, to see what happened. I remember when it was being filmed - he could hardly say anything because of the strict NDAs

He is Chris from WV. He was a student of mine and was in the weight watchers group that I led. He actually lost about 25 pounds with me but it all came back and brought friends.

I saw him in August and he looked pretty damn good - he can't tell me what he's lost but I'm so proud of him!

I don't remember a Chris on the show. I just know a girl got kicked off this week and she ended up losing quite a bit of weight at home. I love that last segment where they show the person now and it makes me so happy to see them keep up with the program.
