and DUH I never thought about girdles! Can't imagine the boy parts feeling too good in those & thinking it might hurt their fertility the one I wore for my wedding years ago was so tight I can't imagine - & where fo guys go to buy one? I'll have to take dh & let hinm try one on

Yes. I cannot believe people "see" a Bob/Amanda connection.It is just how they edit the show.

As far as the girdles, I noticed that right away.

Oh - definitely a connection - they really played that up on the show - but romantic?

One think I like about the show is that they've never tried to play up the blossoming romantic relationships between contestants - even though there have obviously been some that developed. They focus on the weight loss and the game, without degenerating into the less consequencial details of relationships. I'm sure there are roommate issues, cooking squabbles, etc. - it's bound to happen when people live in close proximity - but they don't show it.
