The bigger the summer vacation the harder the fall....

Something about this quote made me giggle but realize that it is 100% true! Summer vacations seem to be the ones that we anticipate the most and the bigger and better they are the harder it is to return to "reality" in the fall.

Welcome to my July/Aug Pre-trip Report! :goodvibes

I'm Tink, also known as Meg. I am 24 years old and I've been to WDW 34 times....Wow...why do I suddenly feel like I'm at a DA (Disneyholics Anonymous) meeting? :lmao:

I graduated from University in 2007 with a degree in English & History and found an amazing job as a marketing writer for a Canadian national law firm in Winter 09. I love my job even though it frequently stresses me out. It is also the way that I afford to travel so often :thumbsup2

I have written several trip reports and even more dining reports. I love reading about others experiences at WDW and live vicariously through their stories, pictures and reviews. For this reason I also began keeping a LIVE blog from my iPhone on my May/June 2009 trip (the link is below in my signature). I was inspired by Lurkyloo and her live iPhone documented adventures. They were so entertaining and such a great way to get excited about my upcoming trips :cloud9:

I am a HUGE foodie and a snap happy tourist who takes hundreds of pictures on each vacation. My dining review ~We seldom report of having eaten too little~ 7 months of Disney Dining w/ PICS! is already on the go with reports from my May 30th - June 3rd trip. It will chronicle this trip, and 2 others (Sept/Oct 09 and Mar 2010). I'm totally inspired by two of my DISfriends, MickeyNicki & oybolshoi in terms of trying to live up to their stellar dining reports! :worship:

So, without much further adieu...on with the show :woohoo:

WHEN?

HOW?

We are flying Southwest airlines out of Buffalo, staying over the night of the 30th in buffalo. Our flight times ROCK  as they give us the maximum amount of time in WDW. Our inbound flight arrives at 9am! And out outbound departs at 5pm :goodvibes so we get the entire arrival day at WDW and the majority of the departure day.

We also rent a car. I haven't had the best experiences with ME or with Disney Transportation. That isn't to say they are bad, I think they are wonderful tools and work 99% of the time. I have just been unlucky enough to frequently experience them in the 1% of the time they don't work well :rolleyes1
