I don't get it. Am I missing something? Obama has been linked to terrorist and his past is a little questionable (Birth Cert., Muslim ties, Rev Wright,....do I need to go on). All I hear everyone talking about is the economy. Am I the only one who sees a problem with this? It makes me wonder everone's response to 9/11. When the towers fell did you say, "I hope this doesn't hurt our economy" or "what about our retirement". These were terrorist who did this!
I saw on Fox news this morning that Obama could not even get security clearance to become a state employee. Did anyone else see this? I am trying to find the link but they haven't got today's show online yet. I will post link when I find it.

Oh and fox is too peripheral and bias for that to be your only source of the news. Watch CNN – heck watch MSNBC Joe Scarbough’s Morning Joe. He is a conservative but he’s honest. Even he tells he truth. I don’t always agree with his views, but facts are facts and the things you listed are NOT facts. Just rumors and insinuations. Smear tactics. You don’t have to vote for Obama but make an intelligent decision not an emotional one.

That's the same way that I feel about McCain. I don't see how anyone in their right mind could vote for McCain and don't even get me started on Palin. They are just a disaster. I'm sorry but the Republican party needs to face the facts that their party is a mess right now. It's going to be a long time coming before they are able to get their "house" in order.

First of all--please don't believe *everything* you hear on the news. Use a bit of common sense. Don't you think that if there were real, hard evidence linking Obama to such things, that if a were a terrorist, that the media wouldn't love to get their hands on this story and take him down? I know the media is "in the tank" for Obama and that they favor him; however, don't you really think that if there was real dirt on this man what an absolute COUP it would be to take him down? I do.

As for the security clearances, I do believe that members of Congress must carry at least a SECRET level as they have to vote on stuff that could be classified and are privy to defense matters.

Everytime I have seen a post from someone asking "why do you support Obama" or "how do you feel about his past" all I see is Obama fans correct the OP's grammar or spelling or cutting them down but they never answer the question.
