I am trying to find a good pair of king size bedsheets, that don't wrinkle 2 seconds after you pull them out of the dryer.

Any Suggestions???

Thanks!

My boyfriend and I stayed at a bed and breakfast last year and we both couldn't get over the sheets so I took a photo of the brand and then ordered some after returning home. I love these sheets. They are microfiber but feel like a cloud, lol. No wrinkles and they are very comfortable. The brand is Comphy. Yelp has some horrible reviews about their customer service but I didn't have a need for customer service so can't address that. I don't know if I would have spent that kind of money if I had read about their customer service before ordering! I have a Temperpedic with pillow top and these sheets are deep enough to fit well on the mattress and do not move. If you do not have a deep mattress or a foam topper, the bottom sheet will probably be loose. And the top sheet is nice and long so you can tuck at the corners and still have plenty of sheet. I've had for 18 months, washed weekly, and they still look and feel new. I know I will take the risk on the customer service and reorder when I have a need because they are that nice.

Hmmm....I need sheets that stay on the queen bed. The bottom sheet always comes off. And always rips right away. The corners just don't stay in place. The corners of the are deep as it is a foam mattress. I will look into those.

I adore microfiber. I have some very expensive 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets which are very nice, but (a) they wrinkle like anything, and (b) take FOREVER to dry. So, I've switched out to microfiber and man are they NICE. Just as comfortable, dry quickly, and no wrinkles. I got mine at Costco. They were super cheap to boot (like less than $20 for a king size set). They were Charisma, and my only regret is not buying several more sets before they left the store!

I bought a set of Purple bamboo sheets about a month ago and I love them. Seriously love them! They are so soft, and are cool to sleep in, and the fitted sheet stays on the bed. The fitted sheet is tough to get on the mattress but it's not coming off on its own.

I have heard about these bamboo sheets, hmmmmm interesting, especially the coolness part. Thanks!

I also got a pair of king Bamboo sheets at Tuesday Morning for about $75 and they are super cool to the touch and no wrinkles at all! They are plenty big enough to go over my mattress along with a 2inch foam topper with room to spare. I'm a sheet-o-haulic and love searching for the softest and most comfy sheets for the best price. These things are the best I've ever found. I hate microfiber because they just do not breath and with hot flashes they feel awful. It takes a little getting used to the Bamboo because they are so cold to the touch but that is a bonus for me! Really lightweight too!

I have seen them at Bed Bath and Beyond and also that bamboo stores at many cruise ports, can't remember the name of those stores, LOL.

If you're looking for good value, I recommend the easy care microfiber ones from Target. They're silky, don't wrinkle and are a big space saver.

Why? They are sheets.

Yeah, I'm not getting it either... they are sheets, who the heck even looks at them when they are on your bed? Are you giving tours of your bed to random people?

It's like being concerned if paper #42 in drawer 2 of your filing cabinet is filed before paper #41 or paper #43. Who even notices?

Sounds like a serious case of OCD to me...

The WHY is the same reason one gets different colored sheets, or ones with prints, stripes or damask. Presumably, it's not to give tours of one's bedroom either. It's for the aesthetics. One's aesthetics are one's aesthetics. There is nothing wrong with that. If they are not yours, then they are not yours.

Sounds like a serious case for needing a computer mouse with a great scroll wheel. You can pass by any thread that's not for you.

Well I hate when I pull them out of the dyer and they are wrinkled, especially the pillowcases! I have not become my mother yet who irons them :faint:

A few years ago, I bought several sets of 600 count, Egyptian cotton sheets. They wrinkled horribly. They looked like crinkled crepe paper with both small wrinkles from washing & deep creases after sleeping on them. I've seen origami paper has has creases less deep. (Probably the reason they were on clearance. :headache: ) I'm not one to iron sheets either.

The Egyptian cotton, which I've always seen described as being incredibly soft, was TOO soft and lacked structure, instead aiding in wrinkling. As for the 600 count, I've since read in a lot of sources that higher thread count doesn't necessarily make for better, thicker sheets. There is only so many threads that can be woven into a one inch square space. If one tries to squeeze a lot more, something has to give. Often it's the threads are just made thinner to fit them all in. Sure enough, when I read reviews on higher thread count sheets, people often complain how easily the sheets shred or tear really easily.

So I went back to 300 count sheets, although I didn't want the crispy percale I had grown up with - that never wrinkled. I bought Target's Threshold brand, Ultra Soft Fitted Sheets. They are 100% cotton so they won't pill like synthetic. They are reasonably thick and they have an elastic that goes all the way around the bottom hem. So even if one doesn't have a deep mattress, it wraps around the mattress snuggly. They are soft. And best of all they don't wrinkle. :woohoo: I'm really happy with them.
