The best week of november?

We have no childrens only my husband and I in this trip we expect to do some disney dinning, a lot photos, mayor atractions etc.. Im thinking in the middle of november maybe 12-21.

Predicts the November crowds will be at their lowest November 12-the 17th and the 27-30th.

Food and Wine runs until the 12th November.
Osborne starts on the 13th November
Super Soap is the 11th and 12th but that's only at Disney MGM Studios
First MVMCP is on the 13th
Candlelight Processional's begin on November 24th
Jersy Week ends the 12th

If you both think you might enjoy the Food and Wine festival at Epcot then I'd go a few days before it ended but otherwise I'd hold out until somewhere between the 13th and after the 24th. That way you could if you were interested you could see the Candlelight Processional as well as the Osborne lights and even go to a MVMCP.
