The best spot to watch 2nd Oogie Boogie parade

Hi, we are going to wait until the 2nd parade at the Oogie Boogie Bash.

Any recommendations of where to find a good spot?

Last year we watched the second parade right across from Ariel’s. I think we grabbed the spot 10-15 minutes before. We sat there because we wanted to go straight to Villain’s Grove after and that was the closest area. We got into Villain’s Grove in less than 5 minutes.
