i like doing about DNA and immunology and stuff. I've thought about being a doctor, but i really suck at chemistry. i mean, i think i'd be okay with doing the kind of chemistry you need to be a doctor. it's just this periodic table crap i can't do. so i wouldn't pass a uni degree in it. :/

DNA profiling... -_- Only thing I remember about it is you add methylene blue to make the DNA visible.

PCR I can remember. Add everything into something that heats up to 90-95 degrees for 30 seconds to seperate the strands, then bring it down to about 50 degrees for the primers to connect for about 20 seconds, then up to 75 degrees for at least a minute so the DNA polymerase builds up complementary DNA. It's then repeated at least 30 times.

Just remembered my walker and left brace are still messed up...I've had the one I'm using now for a couple of years, and one of the things is bent (just from wear-and-tear), so it can't be raised, and I have a feeling it's going to need to be raised within the next few months. And my dog gnawed on my left brace the other night, then when my PT saw it, she freaked, and started rambling on about "dangerous open sores" and stuff.
