Had a few glitches this trip due to being hurth the day before we left and my bank being major idiots, but we did manage to have some wonderful meals.
Our first meal was the day we arrived - Afternoon Tea and the Grand Floridian. Our PS was for 2:00 but when we arrived shortly before, the dinning room was already had people seated and they asked if we mind waiting till 2:25. What the heck, It's our first day and I was hurting badly from the day before so we said yes and headed for a cocktail at the poolbar and sat sipping in the warm sunshine poolside. We were seated promptly for what I knew would be a relaxing ocassion. For tea I chose the Garden View Bouquet and Joe had the Ceylon. From the selections I choose the Grand Tea (having been up since 3 and only coffee) This is a wonderful array of tea sandwiches, a scone with jam and a small piece of pate and comes with a glass od sparkling wine. This is followed a a selection of sweets and I chose the pastries because I had my eye on a swan and wanted to bite it's little head off. It was yummy filled with pumpkin moose and a had a fruit tart as well.
