the best hour to score a nice magic band ?

I have been daily trying to get a nice Magic band.....Imposible....it let me choose, and when I want to pay, "sorry, Unavailable", any idea at what time does Disney re stock? the best time to try?

I got that message, hit the back key, tried again and it went through. It's totally random. I picture an old timey switchboard with a limited number of plugs. One has to open up and then yours can go through.
