The best Counter Service at each park

I'm not on the dining plan and have one table service adr for each day of my stay, so I'll be having one meal counter service and probably in the parks. In each of the parks which CS places really stand out to you as the best? Which are ones to avoid? I want to be able to write out a little list for myself to remember which places to check out. Thanks!

Animal Kingdom - Tusker House, by a mile. Great choices, well-prepared.

AK- I LOVE Flame Tree BBQ! Awesome chicken sandwich, cheese fries, their salad is awesome, too!

MK- I love pecos bills and casey's

We usually eat table service at Epcot and MGM- I can't stand any counter service at MGM.

We like the Flame Tree BBQ at AK and Cosmic Rays at the MK.

Tusker House in AK....Pecos Bills in MK...I don't know about EPCOT or MGM...we do TS at those parks.

MK - Columbia Harbour House (clam chowder, starboard deck sandwich)
MGM - Studio Catering Co. (steak gyro wrap, vanilla panna cotta)
AK - Tusker House (rotisserie chicken, carrot cake)
Epcot - Seasons (great soup)

Well we think the best CS are:
MK = Pecos Bill's
EP = Yorkshire Fish and Chips
AK = Flame Tree BBQ
DS = Rosie's All American Cafe

I must say they do change from time to time, Cosmic Rays use to be our favorite at MK.

We loved the pulled pork sandwiches at Flame Tree BBQ in AK - also had large portions of fries and coleslaw.

Pecos Bills at MK - great fixin's bar, but can't wait to try the new Noodle place.

The only counter service we like at MGM is Pizza Planet, but very small portions compared to any other CS - DH was nowhere near full after eating his meal (pizza, salad, pop).

Tusker House at Animal Kingdom (love the rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes/gravy, and green beans - it's great to find something that's not fried!)

Pecos Bills at MK (barbecue pork sandwich)

(Note: I tried Casey's Hot Dogs at MK, after several rave reviews, but was a little disappointed. I thought the hot dogs were just okay - nothing really special. No offense to those who love them!!)

We don't think there is a decent counter service eaterie at MGM or AK.

Thanks everyone. What kind of food are Pecos Bill ans Cosmic Rays? I'm not really interested in hamburgers,fries,hot dogs, or chicken tender type things. I know that makes it harder but some of these places sound promising.

Epcot - Electric Umbrella - usually do TS in WS
Animal Kingdom - Tusker House
MGM - none worth mentioning

Magic Kingdom- Cosmic Ray's (love the topping bar) or Columbia Harbor House

Epcot- Tangerine Cafe (Morocco)

MGM-ABC commisary, Backlot Express
