Disney Minnie Van service now from MCO to deluxe hotels guests (not just club level)

Re Gear Fusion. Just re-looked at my text messages and he said since you don’t have any checked bags, meet me outside at ground transportation. So maybe that’s the reason for no meet and greet.

I just priced GearFusion and it was showing $273 for the round trip airport to Disney. So it's one of those things where if I am paying that much already, maybe I would splurge for Disney immersion. But Mears shuttle worked fine for us so far.

We went with Gear Fusion from MCO to WDW. DH is over the multi-stops of Mears Connect. With the discount code earlier in the thread the trip is $81. Considering we're getting up at 4a I figure it was worth the splurge. I'm sure our room won't be ready for our noon arrival but I might take a nap by the pool. We'll do Mears Connect for the WDW to MCO return.

DD just booked Gear Fusion for November and says that WDWTT works as well.

I think you can still cancel and then rebook with the code @CarolynFH posted to save a bit.
Yesterday, before discovering this thread, I booked Gear Fusion for our November trip. Today, I canceled and rebooked using the above code, so we are now paying $162 instead of $180.
I see Gear Fusion has a drop down yes or no box for meet n greet.
And when I rebooked I looked for and found the drop down box and changed the “No” default to “Yes.”

Thank you @DaviVascaino, @CarolynFH, @eticketplease, and @Lewisc!

Right??? I must have made some sort of noise when she told me the price because the CM was quick to add that the price now includes the tip! :rotfl2:
So 250 each way including tip but previously was 199 excluding tip? Id be curious to know what $ amount is the tip.

Jesus Christ. I can get a round trip flight from my home city to MCO for half that…
Right but what would a private jet round trip be vs riding a bus in the air with 150+ strangers?

Minnie Van Airport transfers are an offering that is available but it is not required, and you get to pick who you share the MV with unlike your cheap airfare that you are comparing.

I expected that increase. My RT airport service from my home (25 miles one way to Logan) has increased to $400 including tip but I always tip each way so it’s about the same give or take a few dollars. Probably will still use the Minnie Van Service since I can squeeze an extra hour leaving Disney for home than most pickup services.

It now includes your mandatory tip! Lol. I’m old enough to remember the MV program was designed to include tip…

I can see myself doing the Minnie Van once upon arrival and taking different transportation back to the airport. We also fly first class. We don’t go to WDW often, so when we do, we enjoy the extras like staying at a deluxe resort, renting cabanas, etc.
This is what we are doing for our trip in March 26. We live in the mountains for the last 4 years and will be the first time we've had to fly to get to disney. We have some medical struggles so I just want this to be a happy, no worries trip. The boss has never flown so I booked us first class both ways and we are doing club level for Grand Floridian for half the week and same at AKL for the other half of the week. It makes her smile as soon as she sees the I4 Eyesore when we have driven in the past so seeing the mini-van will hopefully have the same result.
