The only two I can reccomend are on I-Drive and they are Ming Court...quite an upmarket place that is comparable on price to a good UK sit down Chinese restaurant. Its great for a special occasion...expect to pay around $100+ for the two of you.
The other is Bill Wongs which, although it is a buffet, it is very well presented and used by the locals, which speaks volumes to me! They cook the food in an "open" kitchen and you can request the chef to make you something if you like. Food on offer includes prime rib, peel and eat shrimp, salad bar and a good assortment of Chinese dishes. There is also homemede ice cream for dessert (and cakes, pastries and fruit). Its a very reasonable $15 a head for dinner.
Im afraid that nearly all the Chinese places on the 192 appear on Orlandos most wanted list of restaurants with hygeine issues. Be careful which ones you choose!!! Try to get some local reccomendations from the Orlando Sentinel or post on the US dining board.
