The one we have used on several occasions is called Dynasty Super Buffet, Restaurant on the 192 heading west from the 535 intersection before poiciana boulvard. You can help yourself and it is reasonably priced.

The only two I can reccomend are on I-Drive and they are Ming Court...quite an upmarket place that is comparable on price to a good UK sit down Chinese restaurant. Its great for a special occasion...expect to pay around $100+ for the two of you.

The other is Bill Wongs which, although it is a buffet, it is very well presented and used by the locals, which speaks volumes to me! They cook the food in an "open" kitchen and you can request the chef to make you something if you like. Food on offer includes prime rib, peel and eat shrimp, salad bar and a good assortment of Chinese dishes. There is also homemede ice cream for dessert (and cakes, pastries and fruit). Its a very reasonable $15 a head for dinner.

Im afraid that nearly all the Chinese places on the 192 appear on Orlandos most wanted list of restaurants with hygeine issues. Be careful which ones you choose!!! Try to get some local reccomendations from the Orlando Sentinel or post on the US dining board.

Bill Wongs is a couple of blocks up from Wet Wild at the Belz end of I-Drive. Its just past the junction for Universal Studios and is on the right hand side, set at the back of a small parade of shops.

Its easiest to find at night as the sign is lit up and its hard to miss! When we have been there for lunch there have been lots of Execs from Universal Studios eating there (fascinating to eavesdrop on THOSE conversations :) )

My favorite Chinese restaurant is PF Changs. It is an upscale chain and I was trying to look up the locations on their website but can't pull it up. I did find I reference to one in Winter Park but I don't know how close this is to WDW. If you go make sure you try the lettuce wraps.

There is a P.F. Changs at the Mall of Millenia - you go past Universal Studios on the I4 and it isn't far. It is a lovely mall with Macy's and Bloomingdales and a lot of upscale shops - good for window shopping!!!
Wendy
PS Agree about the lettuce wraps!

For the PF Chang website go to the "Restaurant and shopping links " thread on the Trip Planning Forum.............you'll find a link in the twelth post down ( From Simon V )

Hope this helps
