I will be staying at Boardwalk Inn and I read somewhere on the boards that The Belle Vue room serves breakfast. I have a 13 year old daughter. Would she be able to eat there too? :confused3 Thanks!

All they serve for breakfast is a selection of few pastries and coffee, nothing special. I usually ended up at the Boardwalk Bakery or Spoodles.

She would be able to eat there but like the PP said not much really there. Head outside to the Boardwalk Bakery or to Spoodles. Cape May at the Beach Club has a great Character Breakfast. It is a t 10 min (if that) walk. It usually is pretty quiet in the morning too so it is a good time to be up and about.

Thanks! :lovestruc I think Spoodles sounds like an inexpensive alternative. Is it pretty crowded in the morning? Do I need an ADR for breakfast there?

I don't know if this is still the case but in May last year you could get the same items in the Bakery and they were cheaper than in the Bellevue Lounge.

Even in the evening when it's a bar, minors are permitted to be in there.

As stated, it's a continental breakfast (pretty much just pastries, coffee and I believe they have orange juice and probably milk.)

HeyitsDeb: You can usuallly get into Spoodles w/o a reservation. We eat there for breakfast each trip and have never made reservations.
