It is - she's playing Catwoman.

I think this movie looks awful. It's like they watched Christopher Nolan's Batman movies and thought they were too fun and bright!

Im excited for this. Batman has always been my favorite comic hero (grew up in the 90s with the wonderful animated series). Minus LOTR, “The Dark Knight” has been my favorite cinematic experience. I did enjoy what Marvel brought to the table this past decade, but I’m ready for a slightly different experience and I’m hoping this delivers. I do hope it is a self contained story and doesn’t try to world build (which is why I loved Batman Begins and The Dark Knight so much).

It looks like a big step up from whatever Ben Affleck’s Batman was.

I'm surprisingly looking forward to it, just mainly out of curiosity to see how it all plays out, and how it'll fit into any future DC movies. My daughter is SOOOOO excited. She's not a DC fan, and has only seen Affleck as Batman, (blah) and she loves Robert Pattinson....

I’m curious, but won’t be seeing it in theaters. I get the sense that the filmmakers trying too hard to top the last two Batmen series. The car’s kinda cool, like a DIY Batmobile that some redneck made for a monster truck show.

Said it before here, but even the Riddler’s costume looks like a cheap Fortnite cosplay. I guess that they want a true crime look and to get away from a guy wearing question marks, but meh. The Arkham games pulled off a great Riddler. He was manic, attention-seeking, and constantly trying to one-up Batman with his wit. The riddle used in the trailer for Battinson’s movie was not exactly a test of wits, but maybe they dumbed it down for kids. But even kids know better!

This new movie shapes him into a monotone-voiced serial killer type, which you could do with numerous peripheral Batman villains, and it just feels lazy. Since it’s Paul Dano in the suit, he’s a great actor, and may offer something unique.
