Hi Jen - just got back from my trip and see you have this brand spankin' new PTR!!! I am subscribed!!
For a minute I thought I missed something with the Trek! Glad to see you haven't told all about it yet! I heard one of the women on the DIS unplugged podcast talking about it. Sounds so cool!

The F&G stuff was so pretty! I took TONS of pictures!
You are going to have so much fun with Anita and the gang! And your ladies' trip! I'm a little bit jealous!
I hope you can get Prince P to join you on a trip soon!

I'm also glad to hear that things are looking better for you on the job front. Fingers remain crossed and prayers will continue!

Did you get anything exciting at the Disney Store when you went with Anita?

Nope no Disney stuff, however I did get some great KU Merchandise from Anita and Marc!! I love the shirts, they will get much wear even if it's not St. Patty's day!! LOL

Zumba is amazing!! It's so fun I don't feel like I'm working out - I know it's a cliche but it's true! Although, I do usually hurt afterwards!

I love Zumba Stace!! I'm going to make it a habit to go to the Monday night class weekly!! I'm so uncordinated but I have a blast doing it!!

Nope, Jen - you haven't missed my TR yet. I had hoped to start this weekend, but life threw us a few curves around here and it didn't happen. I'm working on a title and uploading pictures so maybe next weekend. The cruise was FABULOUS!!!! I took about a thousand pictures!
I will definitely send out a signal and will post a link on my PTR and Snowbirds thread!

GOOD NEWS!!! and Day 2 Highlights!!

I guess I should start off by saying sorry it's been so long, but that's an old song so we'll just skip the verse and move on to the chorus!! I have a lot of good news to share so let's do that first!!

First of all notifications went out to teachers at my school who would NOT be asked back next year! I was NOT one of them! As of right now unless something really drastic happens I have a job next year!! I'm very excited and relieved about this. I love the school I work at and I love my students so I'm glad I will have another year here and hopefully many many more!!

I also had my official evaluation this week and of the 4 areas observed I scored the highest possible on 3 and the next highest on 1 area! So knowing I'm doing a good job in the eyes of my adminstration means a lot!! Now to blitz my kids with TAKS review material for next three weeks so we're ready to knock that test out of the ball park!!! WOOT WOOT!!!!

In other good news, as many of you know Phillip and I moved to TX to be a part of a church plant. Well after 8 months of planning and praying we had our opening service on March 27th and had an attendance of over 150 people. It was a sight to behold!! We are very excited about the next steps of this new church!!!!

I'm also back into the workout groove my friends!!! 3 straight days of working out!!! WOOT WOOT!! I plan to work my tail off this weekend by doing a morning and evening exercise!!! I want to be down another size when I step food back in Florida!! I also know I'll be spending time at the pool with some lovely ladies THIS month and I don't want to scare them or small children my lack of tan will do that just as easily LOL

So that's the good news I want to share with you all!!! Now let's go back a few months to a wonderful morning at Disney!! I think the major highlight for me this day was stepping foot onto the Boardwalk for the very first time!!!! What a lovely resort!!

OF COURSE....being named the TSM champion for the 2nd time in the row didn't feel to shabby either LOL!!!

A FABULOUS Lunch at The Brown Derby was a great way to end the morning!!! I love this restaurant!! I don't think I will make it there in April/May but I have scheduled myself to a late lunch with the Fantasmic Package in June, while Anita, Marc, and Baylor sail the blue seas!!!

After a bit of a rest at the resort and a decision made to head home early by Leslie, we decided to make the most of the time we had left together and made some changes and enjoy a delicious dinner at Cali Grill (another fave of mine)!!!!!!

Cinderella's Pumpkin soup - to DIE for!!! So yummy!!

Finally eating the pork dish!! IT WAS AMAZING and the polenta just melted in your mouth!! So would get this again!!!

Day 2 was a lot of fun!!! I enjoyed it greatly!!!

Alright so what else do I have in store for you!! Well next update we'll discuss the upcoming trip...the things I have to buy, the adrs I'm doing solo, and the things I really want to accomplish on this trip!!!!!!! WHICH BY THE WAY...is THIS MONTH WOOT WOOT!!!

Gorgeous pictures of the Boardwalk. I would love to stay there sometime! The Brown Derby and Cali Grill both look delicious. For some reason, I seem to be craving one of those Cobb salads now.
