Ali's mother....
And, the fact that all the women really attacked Ali's and Roberto's very obvious romantic spark...

Like, pull back in the claws, ladies.
Ali's dad was the one who really saw these men and made the right calls... I was like, "Ali, don't listen to these women.. LISTEN TO YOUR DAD!!!!"
I am sure that Chris is a very nice/great guy in many ways.... But, HOLY COW.... I have been close enough to somebody like him to see the truth... He is a full grown, nearly 30 year old, Mama and Daddy's boy, who seems incapable of actually doing or showing anything, AT ALL. He was so uptight and 'stiff' every moment every time you saw him.
I was like, RUN, Ali... RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank goodness Ali did the right thing.
100% of the effort in their so-called 'slow moving' relationship was all on Ali's part. WAY TO MUCH WORK.
When all a nearly 30 year old, grown man, can do is go on and on ad-nauseum about how amazingly wonderful mommy and daddy are, and cries for mommy nearly two years after her death.... It seems he lives, works, eats, and breathes with his dad and the memory of his mom....
PS: I have lost both of my parents... My DH has lost his Father, whom was his God.... I understand that it must have been painful to see her pass away.... but....
