I was so sad to see Gwen go. I thought they were really great together She looked so heartbroken and when he couldn't really give her an answer....that made it 100 times worse for her. I think Helene will win now, even though I don't want her too and DH thinks Brooke, since she is a nice little Southern Belle

Now that we have the title fixed.

I am in SHOCK!! I can't believe Gwen's gone. Here's my theory, I think he's REALLY in love with one of them, not sure which, and was in love with Gwen too, just not quite as much. It was easier to send Gwen home this week and not have to deal with a real 'which one should I choose' next week.

I felt terrible for Gwen, I really thought he had very strong feelings for her.

After reading on another post that he told Howard Stern he is still secretly(because of the last show not having been seen yet) dating the girl he gave the last rose to I'd say its probably Helene who wins the last rose. They live closer to each other and Brooke is still in college. And I think Brooke's whole family was a bit much for him.

I'm wondering which one though. Did he ever ask Brooke the same questions as he asked Gwen and Helene? About how they'd feel if not picked and about being his wife someday?

I just finished watching a little while ago. I have to say - sick as this is - tonight was VERY entertaining. I really think he has strong feelings for all of the girls. I felt so sorry for him. Earlier in the show he said after the first two dates he was ready to say goodbye to Brooke, but then became undecided again after his date with her. I think Helene must be the one he's falling in love with.

I think he wishes he was in love with Gwen because she is his physical ideal woman, has strong protective feelings and attraction for Brooke, but something about Helene has his heart. Helene was also the only one where they showed them discussing her moving and having children etc. - the real nitty gritty compatibility stuff.

He didn't ask Brooke the same questions because she kind of beat him to the punch. I just thought when they were in the "hot tub" you could see guilt, I shouldn't be doing this thoughts running across his face.

Well-the show intimated that he and Gwen "shut the door"
in the Fantasy Suite. I took that to mean they were very
intimate. Also, it sure looked to me like Brooke was very
close to undressed in the hot tub. Helene was the only one
who we were led to believe kept her clothes on. So- if he
were falling for Helene, why was he naked with the other two?
Let's hope it's Brooke he's fallen for because if I were
Helene and watching last nights show-he'd have some
'splainin to do.

Well, he may as well have broken up with ME, that is how upset I was that he didn't choose Gwen. She was by far the classiest and most normal of the girls, imo.

Of course, I knew all along that he would be picking Helene. Brooke doesn't stand a chance. You can tell by the way he looks at Helene that she is the one for him.

Something about her that I don't care for. Maybe its her voice, it grates on my nerves.

I was wrong before and I may be wrong again but I can't believe that he's going to pick Brooke. I thought that he had feelings for Gwen and Helene and decided that he was having stronger feelings for Helene and so he voted Gwen off.

Brooke had a swimsuit on in the hot tub. I could see the string on the top, it was just covered. He told Gwen he was falling in love with one of the girls, I can not believe that it was Brooke. I thought that his body language was all off for her and he felt uncomfortable. He just wasn't asking the right questions, but you never know, it's TV and not reality.

IMHO Brooke's family was just too scary and she's just too needy. Helene is so confident and sure of herself. She's mature and smart and Aaron seems to be able to talk to her better than Brooke.

But hey, I thought that he was going to pick Gwen and I thought that Helene didn't stand a chance, so he'll probable pick Brooke.
