The Bachelor-Brad Womack Take 2--Monday, Jan. 3 NO SPOILERS!

Yes! In the previews there was a part where he said he sabatoged their date in Africa and then there is this shocked look, gasp thing going on.

Going into the show last night I was watching for that and then I forgot about it until I just read your post.

Liz

thank you! i'm glad i'm not going crazy!

Are you sure it was the same girl, Sarah Brice is a OBGYN labor nurse, I'm mean I guess it could be her, I think her and Charlie are back together and again are planning a wedding

Yes, 100% sure.

Click on Dr Tatoff on TV, and then click the LA Ink video. That is most definitely her.

And on RHOC, it said right on the screen her name was 'Sarah Brice'.

And here, she's WITH Charlie in this video:

....I bet Shawntell was made at how her family was portrayed on the show, this is her living and it made it seem her family was......more like the Addams family

Did they announce the next bachelorette tonight? I thought that's typically done on the "tell all" night.
I think that they will do that at the After the Rose Ceremony. They wouldn't want to take any of the spotlight away from the final rose ceremony.

So they didn't speak to Shawntal. Hmmmm.......

I thought Chris was much better with his acting last night than Michelle. ;)

I can understand why some of the girls were upset with Michelle's remarks in private on camera. While maybe she didn't talk that way in a group setting, she did talk enough that they knew she was driven. Even then, it would hurt to hear what they heard when the show aired. And as far as Michelle being hurt at their comments last night, what goes around comes around. She shouldn't have said those things on camera to begin with. No wonder a commercial was made mocking her.

The only comment I didn't care for was about her being a mother. They don't know what she's like in real life and therefore had no right to comment.

I really don't see how anyone missed that Michelle was being funny. Did people really take her seriously? How can people go through life with such little sense of when humor is involved? She was obviously a person who difused stress with comedic statements. She also was there to date that boring Brad and I'm guessing by now she knows SHE is the lucky one. Pretty obviously Ashley(dentist) knows.
Brad ogling the women was weird. He's creepy but I love watching it. I'm safe in my house laughing at him and his creepyness. I liked the South African preschool shots though.

It came across as crazy to me not funny. But you're right about her and Ashley being lucky. They dodged a bullet there.

I'm wondering how long it will take the "chosen one" to figure that out. :scratchin

What has the average been? 3-8 months?

The entire gang up looked and sounded like the fake "gang up" they did to Rochelle last year. Only last year they set it up to discredit her, this year they set it up to make Michelle look like the victim, and accept for a few of us here, it looked like it worked. :confused3

It was a performance, and a bad one at that, from the girls, Michelle AND Chris. :sad2: I have to keep remembering it's just entertainment.

From last night's show it does look like they want one of the Ashleys to be the Bachelorette. If not, they are definitely on the Bachelor Pad show. Michelle and her new enemies definitely have a spot on Bachelor Pad.

Sorry, I have to disagree.... 100%
I haven't even posted on this thread about this Bachelor train wreck (Worst season ever....)
but I want to weigh on on this Michelle thing.

Some of you know that I can be a very 'expressive' person...
I 'get' being expressive... sayin' things... etc....
And, I get 'tryin' to be funny'....
There were a few of Michelle's lines that were obviously very misplaced and negative humor.... THE EMPHASIS ON 'MISPLACED' AND 'NEGATIVE'.
So, I do 'get' all of that.....

But, like some of the other girl's said... It was not just a few of the out-takes where she make her 'tryin' to be funny' comments.... IMHO, everything, every single thing, that Michelle said and did, from point one... thru the end of the episode last night... were:

1. AGGRESSIVE - not just assertive, but AGGRESSIVE...
2. NEGATIVE - 100 percent and totally in every way.
3. SELF ABSORBED..... There may be more self-absorbed people out there... but Michelle is right up there with the worst.

Again, this is not just her making a few questionable expressive comments.... I am talking about her actions... her words that were clearly not 'tryin to be funny', and in fact, everything about her.

She was rude, aggressive, and self-absorbed... no question about these at all......

Even last night, it was "OHHHHH pity... woe is me..... BOOOOO-HOOOO!!!!!

I could not roll my eyes back in my head far enough....

And, all of the sudden, for her to try play the 'but I'm a mother' card, bringing her innocent little daughter (whom she never seemed to even mention once before, at all) over and over and over. I found that to be truly

I'm not a fan of Michelle, in my opinion everything she does comes across as manipulative and a way to get attention....very annoying!

I'm a huge Bachelor fan and I can't wait for Monday's finale! We will finally see which lady Brad picks. Will it be southern belle Emily or the spunky Chantal? We all have are opinions on who fits with Brad best. Who Should Brad pick? http://whosright.com/poll/the-bachelor-should-brad-womack-pick-emily-maynard-or-chantal-obrien

I hope Brad picks Emily, she seems to fit with Brad best. Even though she is younger then Chantal she seems more mature. Brad lights up when she's around. When he talks about Emily, he appears more taken by her.

Sarah Silverman was on The View, this morning yakking about The Bachelor. This clip unfortunately cut off a few seconds at the beginning where she said what I said, about how the show should put a warning to young gals of How NOT to be. :p Also, missing is a few seconds at the end where the gals on The View, agree that Emily will be the next Bachelorette, or would make a great one.

Emily is always talking about how her daughter means the world to her. So to come back for another season and spend another 3 months away from her daughter seems to go against what she preaches.

It's happened before.

Jason Mesnick Is The Newest 'Bachelor'
Wednesday, August 20, 2008

Female Bachelorette fans have had their wish come true! Today, ABC announced that last season’s runner up, Jason Mesnick, will become the newest Bachelor in the upcoming season. No one could forget Mesnick’s shock and heartache last season when DeAnna Pappas rejected his proposal in favor of snowboarder Jesse Csincsak. Jason couldn’t understand why DeAnna would have let him get all the way onto one knee before telling him that he wasn’t the one that she was in love with. DeAnna told host Chris Harrison, during a special Bachelorette episode, that she and Jason will remain lifelong friends and the two had put their past behind him. That may or may not be true but it seems that Jason is ready to move on and find love!

When the next season debuts in 2009, Mesnick will face a group of beautiful, eligible women who have no intention of leaving him the way that DeAnna did. Not every Bachelorette fan is on board with the idea of Mesnick joining the show, though. Many have expressed their apprehension at the idea of Jason joining the show for a second time, especially considering his young son. Mesnick had to take a lengthy amount of time from Ty, his young son, in order to try to find true love and things didn't pan out. He will once again take time away unless the season is filmed in Seattle, his hometown, which is doubtful. Jason is not only choosing a wife, he's choosing a mother for his son, and some fans feel that a reality television show is not the place for that.

ABC said that Mesnick is "looking for a woman who has a real curiosity about the world, who loves life and can find passion in life’s smallest moments". Host Chris Harrison recently said that, should Jason become the new Bachelor, "Ty would have to take center stage", which perhaps implies that he'll take the trip with his dad to film the show. A single father on The Bachelor should bring a new feel to the show and hopefully, a little more class. Jason doesn't seem like the kind of person who wants women to throw themselves at him and resort to extreme measures to get his attention. The Bachelor will return to ABC in January of 2009.

"...Hello, ma baby,
Hello, ma honey,
Hello, ma ragtime ga-a-a--al...."

Do we have any predictions?

I'm thinking Chantel. Emily has too much (very cute) baggage.
