Yes, there is no minimum guest count, and it doesn't matter what type of event you're booking. You would need to contact Disney Meetings & Events to book.

Yes, any private event will trigger an Event Minimum. Unfortunately, Disney Meetings & Events has raised its minimum to $15,000, which matches the one for Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings.

Does the Swan and Dolphin have lower minimums? I think Shulas has private roomd

Swan & Dolphin has lower minimums for ballrooms in the original resorts, but The Vue at the Swan Reserve's minimums range from $15,000 to $25,000. Shula's, bluezoo, and Il Mulino have private rooms. Pricing is in Chapters 9 and 10 of the Fairytale Weddings Guide.

It is a great space. We were able to walk through after an event few years ago. The views are great too.
