Finally back and exercising after getting a stomach virus last week - ick!
I'm so impressed with everyone working so hard! And the pictures are amazing!
Saturday I did my first post-sickness run. It was HOT, and I thought I would try running without music. Bad idea for a long run, but I got through it. 85 minutes.
Sunday DH and I went for our first hike of 2015! It was beautiful out and we saw hawks, butterflies, and a little snake. 162 minutes.
Sunday night I did another run (I was trying to finish a Nike Run challenge), felt great! 79 minutes (and ran further than I did on Saturday)
Total for the weekend was 326 minutes, and my total for the month is now
856/1200!
