Please, please, please tell me I'm not the only one addicted to The Apprentice...................... I'm completely hooked by it - and I find myself shouting at the TV and getting all annoyed when the people I like get fired................:lmao:
Anyway, off to watch tonight's episode............I'd like Ruth to win! (Least favourite is Syed!)

Sorry, me neither Cath

I always watch the US Apprentice, but I don't find Sir Alan as interesting as Donald Trump

I want Ruth to win too!

Syed really, really gets on my nerves and I hope he is fired tonight. I was sad to see Tuan go last week - I thought he was very good, even if he wasn't really involved - I genuinely believe that he was thinking of the team.

Yes! I was so happy to see Syed fired tonight :goodvibes For a while I thought it would be Ruth - Alan Sugar seemed to be frequently sticking up for Syed.

I think Paul should be fired next.

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

I'm so glad Syed has gone - what a plonker!!!

I really thought for a minute Ruth was getting fired tonight......but thankfully Syed has gone..........
I think Sir Alan quite liked him, but he was a bit of a liability.

judging by the names, you must be watching a home grown version of the apprentice..

i am indeed hooked on it (and yell and scream at the twits on tv), but on the US version....although we're several seasons behind the US here (we get it on star TV)

So uninteresting compared to the US version.

Haven't seen the US one but I love the UK Version. Some of their mistakes are so fundamental and I don't claim to know much!

Pleased with the result tonight - Ruth to win but judging from the clip of next weeks :confused3

Yes - I also am addicted and prefer this to the Trump version.

I think the editing on this programme plays a big role in how they all come over - listening to the fired applicants afterwards, they seem much more intelligent, personable and nicer than on the programme..... even Syed!!! I did not think I'd be able to listen to another word from him, but he actually listened to the presenter without interrupting, and admitted he'd watched every episode with his family and really cringed at a lot of the things he said, whilst his father gave him 'evil looks every ten seconds'.

Jo and Syed were easily the most irritating and infuriating in this series so now it will be fascinating to see what happens next.

Looking forward to the interviews next week :) !

Glued to the first series and to this one.

I think it will be between Ruth and Paul in the final - don't know who should win though. It would be nice to see a woman win but Paul does make me laugh.

DH watches and I watch along with him sometimes. Was glad to see Syed go.. sometimes it amazes me how they go on in the boardroom, like kids.. "he said" "she did" etc...

Unfortunately I find it too late to watch the one afterward with the firee.

I hope a woman wins!

I'm completely addicted too!! I hope Ruth wins, she seems on top of things (although I'd hate to ever work with her!).

Caught a few episodes of the US version while I was over there, and wasn't very impressed - too much Donald Trump, not enough squabbling over tasks.

I love the Apprentice too. Like Shirley says a lot of it is down to the editing. I also like to US version but every time Donald Trump's hair is on screeen I can't concerntrate on anything else thats going on :rotfl2:

I love the Apprentice! So glad Syed finally went - what a slimey creep he was. I think it will be between Ruth and Paul for the job and I think Paul will win as he seems to be a good all rounder whereas Ruth can sometimes across as "not a team player". I'd be happy if either won but I don't think Ruth is the ultimate winner as there was a story in the tabloids about her coming out as a lesbian and dumping her husband and it said she lived in Manchester so if she had won she would live in London. But I could be wrong. Two get fired next week - bring it on.
