Yeah, Bill is leaving next year after his current contract is up.

That said, Bill is much better than George in my opinion and glad that he has been a permanent sub and that we have seen him almost as much as George! Here's hoping we see more of Bill in season 5!

It was a news story a few months back.

Bill has always been an entrepreneur (sp?), and I guess that spirit was itching at him. I believe his contract is up in May.

Well he's had about 2-3 years of contacts building up. I'm sure he won't have any problem pursuing his next endeavor.

If Alla could have restrained herself--she might have made it to the next round.

I told DW, all Alla has to do is keep her mouth shut and she'll move on.

I'll get flamed for this, but I think that's the problem with most of the women from all of the Trump seasons. They are so concerned with being perceived as confident or "leader material" that they can't function in a team environment. Argue for the sake of arguing... demanding their idea is chosen..etc. They come off as juvenile, not as leaders. That's why I like Rebecca. Quiet confidence, carried herself well, and very professional. Most of the women are not.

Now to be fair, the biggest problem the guys have is creativity- and many of the tasks require that.

Very astute observation.

This season seemed exceptionally catty and defensive for some reason. Lots of feisty women that got fired for that very reason (big mouthed, cocky, full of themselves, troublemakers--etc.)

I agree, and it's actually pretty predictable that will happen. The old...."and there's ONE MORE TWIST" I think that's it, he hires both. And why not, they're both better than the woman who won last year.

Yeah really, what ever happened to Kendra? Usually last year's Apprentice makes an appearance and helps judge one task, but this year it was just Bill and Kelly.

I thought Felicia was going to come out okay, until she started crying, that seemed to do her in. It seemed that both Bill and Carolyn were on her side, but then she started to get "teary eyed" and you cannot do that in the boardroom! After that Donald brought up her being too "soft" for NY and fired her.

I am with all of ya'll I would be happy if Trump hired both Randall and Rebecca! I like them both!

My husband is convinced that Donald will hire them both. I'm sure that's going to be the "twist".

Can't blame just Rebecca for that, Randal sure was involved too.

And business moves so quickly--you want to have the upper hand. They didn't do anything illegal...and in reality, didn't really do anything unethical.

Had the team placed a deposit--or put there name on it...then that is one thing. But they failed to confirm their order properly. Rebecca and Randall had called about the megaphones and they were there to pick them up. They didn't lie and they didn't misrepresent themselves.

The only way this would have been turned around on them if they lost--is b/c that means a team that was bamboozled was still able to pull a win despite the snafu of missing out on their megaphones.

Noone can say that Trump has never gotten in on the deal by outhinking a competitor (either by outbidding or placing down a deposit first--or whatever).

Notoriety and to prove that they can do it?

Since they're both business owners, they theoretically could still have their businesses running while still working for Trump, so it's possible that they wouldn't lose money in the process.

I was thinking to get in the "know" with Donald? He is very powerful in the business world, and seems to be very loyal to his friends. I am sure Alla's spa is going to see a SURGE of business.

I was sure Felisha was going home...I didn't see it coming about Alla though! And she really deserved it too - she is just too arrogant. I felt sorry for Felisha saying what a good friend Alla is, and how she is tough and not cold-hearted, and then we see Alla basically saying she laughs at Felisha because Felisha is weak.

Anyway, this time Donald got it right. Rebecca and Randall are the right choices here and I am another that hopes he hires them both.

Even at the end of the task last night, I was struck by just how different the two teams looked. Randall and Rebecca looked appropriately classy and business-like with their dark business attire, while Alla and Felisha show up in their messy hair, slouchy white pants and semi-matching red shirts. LOL.

Now its going to be tough to know who to root for. I have to say that, even though I am a woman, I have never rooted for one of the women to win before because there just hasn't been one that good! This year its tough.

I didn't realize Randall was a millionaire. Maybe THAT'S the twist. Randall wins, but then announces that he has thought about it and is not interested in the position. Maybe even something along the lines of..."I wanted to prove to myself I could do it" And it's certainly 15 minutes of fame, which most of us would want. In that scenerio..Rebecca wins by default.
