Also, how inappropriate was Trump this episode :earseek: Talking about Clay being gay, talking about Adam being a virgin, talking about his own sex life, oy!

In addition, he talked about how much his sex life cost him to lose $$$. I see this being turned into a skit for Saturday Night Live.

:rotfl: Totally!!

And I agree about Carolyn's dress :earseek: My fiance thinks she looks a little like a man, and he said in that outfit she looked like a drag queen :rolleyes1

I thought that was a little classess if you ask me. Doesn't seem very professional.

And Carolyn.... :earseek:

Ok, maybe I'm naive, but even though Clay was very inappropriate during his lecture, I didn't really hear his "Jew" comment the same way that the others said that it was said. I didn't hear him say that Adam was a "tight-*** Jew"in those exact words. After Adam repeatedly referred to himself as a Jew (with other adjectives referring to his naivity and inexperience with the subject), I though that Clay's comment was feeding off of Adam's. More like he was "tight" like not "loose" with sexual references/conversations/actions. I re-played the sentence a few times and each time, I never heard him say that Adam was a "tight-*** Jew" in that specific way, like the others (especially Adam) said. And I didn't see how being "cheap" had anything to do with the lecture, so I couldn't see him saying it.

IIRC--the "tight" comment..in context was right after Adam said something about a date-taking a girl out...something like that.

There comes a certain time in life when you either need a good bra or a **** job. Carolyn has reached that point. She did put her cover/jacket on half-way through the boardroom, and it was really cute.

Marcus needs medication. He has no focus.

Now how come someone who likes to talk so much...has so many gaps in what he has to say?

umm....uhhh...ummm...uhhh...yeah

VERY late to find this thread :)
Um, because he's a graduate of the Ted Kennedy School of Public Speaking (NOT a political comment - simply noting that this person is well-known for his "ums", "uhs", "ers", etc.

It was on our local news last night that Toral's Apprentice media tour was cut off due to the fact that she is now suing the Trump organization for discrimination due to her religious beliefs. She said that her religion doesn't permit her to take on characteristics of animals or portray them as humans or something...

Oh. That was an animal? Okay, fine...

How the hell did he make it past the contestant interviews in the first place???

Comic relief?

I know, that's what I said too. That thing wasn't even an animal. It was an animated character. Plus, she never even mentioned religion until she was afraid of being fired. If it is true, then she should have said it earlier as her reason, and if it's not, then shame on her for trying to use the religion card in a lie!

Was anyone clapping along with me after the board room last night?

Kimya

Me too! So as not to give it away........I love when The Donald does that!

Did anyone see the preview clips with Wookie from Star Wars.
The Donald says, "I can never understand a word you say, so you're fired".......
Wookie....."wwwwhhhhaaaa" (or whatever that sound he makes) and Wookie exiting through the elevator with a rolling suitcase :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

My kids saw it and thought it was the funniest thing.

I was a Marshawn fan up until last night - she screwed up in suggesting highlighting lesser characters & then not following through on the presentation. The absolute worse thing was in being late for the meeting! That alone threw them off. Randall did as best he could in bringing them up to speed. Plus - I think the executives were looking to rip them apart - it helped that their display was inferior to the other one. And - Clay - looking so surprised when his team wouldn't grant him immunity for next week. Alla totally did the whole thing, then he tried to do the presentation & didn't even do that well.

So yes - we were happy with who left last night too!

I was so disappointed in Marshawn. She had to know doing that would bite her in the rear, and the PM (I can't remember his name, he is like a non-entity), he was terrible. He lives in Manhattan and thought he could get across town in 15 minutes. He totally blew it and I knew as soon as they missed the meeting that they would lose.

I really like Randall and am rooting for him to win. I think it will be Randall and either Alla or Rebecca in the final 2.

One more thing, I love how Trump keeps surprising us and firing more than one person, but I hate that the season is going to be so short now.

Free4Life - Marshawn and the PM (forget his name) were both fired. The PM b/c he totally blew his chance w/meeting w/the executives and Marshawn for passing the buck on the presentation.

Yeah, what the heck was up with Marshawn bailing like that? How strange. She had to have known that would have reflected badly on her.

I agree though, that the only two people who seem to even deserve to be in this thing are Randall and Alla. It would be tough to choose between them. But, I think I am rooting more for Randall - he seems to have a lot of class.

Being a big Star Wars fan myself, I find it so hard to believe how many of them didn't seem to have a clue about Star Wars! Sheesh! Give me that task! :rotfl:

I agree. I was so worried that they would listen to her and feature the "new characters". I was also very disappointed in how she acted in the board room. She was not taking responsibility for backing out of the presentation. I wanted to say to her - hello, this is all being taped - they know you backed out!!

I can't wait to see next week's episode!

It was a bright pink suitcase :rotfl2:
Sam mentioned he saw a different preview with Darth sitting in Carolyn's chair, although I didnt see that one.

I had no idea that Trump would fire 2 last night (like I knew he was going to fire 4 a couple weeks back), but based on the task both brian and Marshawn deserved to be fired.

Can't wait until Clay gets fired.

Don't forget about Rebecca. She's been pretty good at everything, and she's a killer in the boardroom. Randal and Alla are great in the boardroom too, so it's gotta come down to these three. Clay and Adam are dead men walking, and Felisha doesn't make any impression at all on me. Although she made a pretty good Queen Amidala.

I was hoping after he fired Marshawn and Brian he'd say and Clay too, just because I can! I think Clay is one of the worst people ever to go through the interview process and he sooooo needs to go!

I don't understand how he was surprised that his team didn't give him immunity.

BTW - I'm really liking this season now, and my favorite thing of all is the ending cab ride. Whoever edits that deserves a big bonus. Last week they let Markus talk and talk, even as the cab drove off in the distance. The week before they had all four boot-ees in the cab, and showed 30 seconds of uncomfortable silence. This week Marshawn eviscerated Brian, and Brian was sitting right next to her! He took it and never said a word.

Even for people that don't watch the show, those last 30 seconds oughta be pretty entertaining.
