I agree as well. They're right, she should've stepped up, but they set her up to fail. They ganged up on her from the beginning. Why do you think they chose her to wear the suit? They knew it would make whoever wore it look silly (I personally would have loved it
) They totally didn't give her a fair shake, but she is very high and mighty acting and that bothers me. Plus, she wasn't very professional in defense of herself in the boardroom. So I think she did deserve to go for those reasons only. I really like Rebecca and I think she has a good chance to win it all!
Having taken many group communication and business communication courses, it's so interesting to watch the boardroom sessions. The one girl, the beauty queen, Jennifer (?) was saying before they went in that it wasn't Torral's fault and that they didn't listen to her about the branding and that was the PMs fault, but once she got in there and the 'groupthink' was ganging up on Torral, she went right along with it for the most part.
