I thoroughly enjoyed the last episode. I don’t love the deviousness of the “unnamed team,” but I love that they really make strategies and think things through. I wish some of the other teams would do the same—I think it makes the show more interesting.

I seem to be the only one, but I really like Ron and Kelly. She seems a little prissy, but still nice. I guess I haven’t noticed him being a control freak as another poster mentioned. I think he has to lead her through the tasks to some extent. I definitely agree that she seems more “into” the relationship than he does though—I just don’t see anything wrong with that. He deserves to take his time in choosing who to marry.

I found the part about the boys beating Rob & Amber on the raft challenge funny—Lynn and Alex were on a mission, LOL! I do think they need to stop obsessing over Rob and Amber if they want to win. There are other teams to be besides Romber.

I guess I had a little bit of a different take on the mother/son team and the meat eating challenge. He definitely threw a tantrum, but I thought she was being pretty bossy for someone who didn’t have to eat the meat. She grates on my nerves a bit too.

I like the brothers—I felt sorry for them getting a flat tire. It really rubbed it in that they could actually see the other teams passing them as they carried their bike. I think they might become stronger competitors as the race continues, but we’ll see.

I didn’t look at the spoiler. I normally would, but then the race just isn’t as exciting for me.

New to posting on the boards...but have been a LONG time reader.

Love the Amazing Race thread. I usually can't wait to see what everyone is talking about after I watch the show.

A few pages back someone else mentioned being facinated by the arrival and departure times. I find it very intriguing as well, so I've decided to try to list the departure time of each team. I will attempt to keep up with it week to week (I tend to end up taping the show, never seem to be around on Tuesday evenings)

1:24 am - Ron & Kelly

2:17 am - Ray & Deana

3:16 am - Uchenna & Joyce

Obviously there was an equalizer right off the bat, but there was a huge difference between 1-2-3 and the rest of the pack.

I agree with the other poster - I think the Mom was too over-bearing and domineering with her son during that food roadblock. I didn't see her offering to eat 4 lbs. of meat!

Thank you for posting the departure times. I was wondering how close the other teams were to ( TTWMNBN). I need to start taping the show, seems like there is always a major distraction in this house on Tuesday nights
