Kelly is such a prima-donna spoiled brat. I can't believe she said that!

I thought Joyce looked better after she shaved her head. Her hair was kind of crazy! I was so disappointed that they didn't win a trip after she did that.

If I hear Gretchen say "Oh my God" in her whiny voice one more time, I'm going to scream.

Uchena was so supportive of Joyce. I couldn't believe she shaved her head but she sure looks nice. She is very brave. They have been my favorites since the start so I'm glad to see them do well.

How come it seems that only Rob and Amber win a prize for 1st place?

I think Joyce looked so cute with her shaved head. And she had the bandanna to cover it up and even that looked cute.

And other teams have won prizes, like Ray and Deanna won the cars and another team won a prize that I don't remember.

As for prizes. The girls who won the first leg of the race each won $10,000. Ray and Deann won the most expensive prize each won a car. Rob and Amber have only won trips. One which they already took at Atlantis as someone saw them when they were on DCL a few weeks ago.

Tevagirl-- You missed the wedding it was last weekend. Your invitation must have got lost in the mail.

Couldn't have said it better myself! She is so annoying...I can't believe she rode in the elephant the whole way! And then when they were doing the camel races and she was yelling at Meridith. I feel so bad for him.

Joyce looks just goregeous bald...I don't know if I could have done that.

I hope the final 3 is Romber/Joyce and Uchenna and Ron and Kelly (although I'm sick of Kelly!).

WOO HOO!!! I am so happy Lynn & Alex are gone. I can enjoy the rest of the race just knowing that they will not win. I'm so glad they finished behind Rob & Amber. I want R&A to win, but I won't mind seeing anyone else who is left win either. I take that back, I can't listen to Gretchen anymore. I give them credit, they have really hung in there, but I hope they go next. I hope the final order of finish is:

ROB & AMBER
Uchenna & Joyce
Ron & Kelly
Gretchen & Meredith

Oh, Rob & Amber's wedding over the weekend was taped by Mark Burnett's crew & will air on CBS May 24th (I think). It's going to be 2 hours & will include their preparations, etc. I'll be watching.

Another great and awesome episode to watch. Boy, I was feeling the pain and the agony for Joyce. She looks great!! And what a great husband she has. I was looking forward to hearing what they won and saddened for them that they didn't win anything for being first. Boo!

Why was Gretchen on the elephant????????

Though I'm a minority I'm sad to see the boyfriends leave. I liked them.

Great episode! I too was crying when she was getting her head shaved. The guy was just hacking away with the scissors, and he jumped right in... didnt wait for her to get talked out of it.... She looks great bald, and I am sure she will wear a short style for some time to come... once the shock wears off.

I would have shaved my head too... BUT I was smart, I would have checked around to see what the local custom for good luck was... and skipped the fast forward altogether!

Rob and Amber are still my faves.... cant wait for the wedding....

Gretchen... I knew when I saw the name of this epsidoe it was a quote from her....

ANd the boys.... the poor boys... I really didnt like them all that much, but they did grow on me. I certainly didnt want them to win AR, but I would have liked them to hang in there anohter week or so...

I'm going to reserve judgement on Kelly's comment until I see the entire episode next week. She was smiling when she said it and we don't know if they didn't have an inside joke before going on the AR where they talked about his commitment phobia and he may have even said in the past that his being a POW got him out of his military commitment. It may have been a terrible thing to say or it may have been taken out of context. We don't know yet.
I was worried this would be a non-elimination round and Joyce shaved her head for nothing. The last race where the fast forward was a shave your head task was non-elimination. But I did see advertised yesterday that the eliminated team would be on CBS Morning show. I wasn't sure if they say this every week so you can't catch on if it's a non-elim round.
As annoying as Gretchen is, I have to say, Good for them. Who would have predicted them to last this long? In a way, it would be neat to see them win. I don't think they will but who thought they would last this long? Wonder what Ray and Deanna think - them being in the final four. Do they win money for going that far? I've heard the farther you go, the more you win but I've never heard how far you have to get before winning anything or what you win. Does anyone know?
I am enjoying the race and am glad the predictions wrong this week. Now it really is more suspenseful! Can't wait for next week!

Did you guys watch the insider video? Lynn & Alex even took a minute or two ON THE MAT AS THEY WERE GETTING ELIMINATED to talk about how much they hate Rob & Amber! Word of advice boys...Let it go already!

I'm so bummed that U & J didn't win anything for coming in first. I'm completely rooting for Rob & Amber, but I was hoping that after she cut her hair off she'd get something. You never know, she may just get a million dollars. We shall see. She did look really beautiful though!

I agree-This was another great show!!!!!And I nearly fell off the couch when I heard Kelly's comment,being ex army myself and my DH is currently active duty for two more weeks-she just lost any respect I had for her-what a nasty thing to say!!! And I feel that Uchenna and Joyce should of won a prize-I mean the show knew the FF would be to shave your head-at least they could of given the FF team a reward for that!!!!

Here's hoping that they make it to the final two. And I think it will be even better if they win!!! But I was upset that they didn't get anything for coming in first. This was a long leg! She lost her HAIR! They should have gotten SOMETHING!

And I can not believe that G stayed in that elephant! When every one was going by and they saw that she was the only one on top. You think she would have gotten a clue! I loved how she keeped blaming the elephant, when I'm sure her added weight didn't help any.

Me personally. I would rather listen to some one drag their fingernails on a chalk board, than listen to G's voice again. I think it would be a much more soothing sound! M deseves an award for putting up with it for as long as he has!

And I knew that this would be a elem round, when they found out that they would be on the train for 24 hours. That was the pit stop! They got to eat, sleep and just rest up a little. So they were fresh for the next round. So it was sad to see L/A come in last. I had my fingers crossed that they would just lose there stuff, but being in India, I could not see them doing that to them. Could you imagin one of those teams trying to get money to continue on the race?

Now I could have all my facts wrong. But living in the Atlanta area here in GA, when Ron came home it was all the news would talk about.

If I remember right. When they came home, they got to spend a few weeks at home with their families, then they had to report back to duty. I do believe that his tour was almost up, so I think he has retired from the Army. Being a POW is not the reason, he is no longer in the armed forces. It just because his tour was over. If I remember right.

So I for one can NOT belive that Kelly said what she said for next weeks show. I think its just as bad as her calling him a "stupid redneck" or something like that just a few weeks ago. And I do think that it will be intresting to watch next week to see the whole conversation. But it still took be a while to get my chin off the floor after I heard the words come out of her mouth.

I guess I'm in the minority here, but I would rather listen to Gretchen than Kelly. At least Gretchen and Meredith have personality, R & K are just so blah! And then her comment about being a POW.....

I also thought about the spoiler when Lynn and Alex came in last. Really shocked that G & M have hung in this long. DH couldn't go to sleep last night because he was so pumped by their finish!

Love Joyce's new do! She has such beautiful facial features (cheekbones!) and now they really stand out.

Boy, when Lynn commented that Unchenna was born to carry stuff on his head you would of thought Lynn made the worse sin! But Rob makes a comment about Indian labor & no one complains??? Oh yeah, I forgot he is St. Rob Really to me I don't think he said anything bad but I am just surprised no one is commenting on it yet because people seem very PC on this board.

I still think Rob is the biggest jerk! The way he was PULLING people out to help him push that elephant. I thought that was VERY rude, he thinks he can control people. I can not stand the guy. Right now I will take a Ron & Kelly win over Rob & Amber & I do not like Ron & Kelly either!
At this point I will even get M/G over R/A

Since my favorite team of Lynn & Alex are gone I am rooting loud & strong for Joyce & Unchenna.

I totally agree - I LOVED the boyfriends...I thought they were hilarious! The BEST comment of the season was made last night by Lynn as they were running to the mat "Hi Phil - We've seen 2 castles today, that one all the way the hell over there, *points off into the distance* and now this one." CRACKED me up. At least they had a sense of humor about it.

We are on the same page...Rob was just flat out out of line IMO. He pulled some of those kids HARD! I have no respect for him.

Just saw Lynn/Alex on CBS this morning. Of course, they talked about Romber. I thought once the race was over they'd all be great friends.....wrong! And what is with the "Amberexia" comments? Is Amber obsessed with losing weight? It sure doesn't come out at all and I think CBS would have shown negatives on them if there were some.

My DH's comments about them(L/A) were not PC so I wont' share but suffice to say he didn't like what he saw on the Early Show of L/A. He doesn't watch AR so this was the first time he saw them.

As far as the "Indian Labor" thing....I don't think he was out of line at all! He was trying to get the locals to help him and said something like "it's hard to control Indian labor"....I think even if he were in America he would have said "it's hard to control American Labor" I don't think it was racist at all.
