OK so DSis and I need our DIS friends help. We are now checking out on the 18th vs the 17th. Why? To hang out with my bf family that is visiting from PR. I tried to move Fultons to Sat. but couldn't so that we could hang out with them without any issues. It's also tradition to eat lunch and then shop before heading to amtrack at 5pm on the day we leave. Soooooo DH suggested we try Portobello or Cap'N Jacks. DSIS and I are like if it's not Fultons then no seafood. However, we are also a little down about not doing Fultons at all. Sooooo do I:

1- do Fultons on Fri. and just hang with friend afterwards?
2- do Portobello on Sat. and just keep the 'lunch and shop' portion of the tradition?

AND if I do 1 then what do I do after checkout before 5pm???

HELP....pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

still didn't get my mickey mail, I am so impatient, I'm 35 days out so I called and they said they were just mailed yesterday. Now I have to wait patiently........

We haven't gotten ours yet either. I have been praying over the mail box everyday lately before I open it and check it I can't wait to see it arrive!!!!

Thank You! They live just north of where tornadoes went thru Tuscaloosa, AL. They weren't harmed but niece's place of employment in Tuscaloosa totally destroyed. When it rains it pours. Have a good day! And again thanks for all your hardwork on this site.

I haven't been following the Fantasyland expansion very closely because we hadn't planned to go to WDW this year. But now that we are going, I'm wondering what will actually be closed?

My son is extremely sad that Goofy's Barnstormer or as he calls it "Barnbuster" is going to be closed. That Toon Town though. It's going to be our first trip with no Toon Town.

I called and CM said they will send them right out. Not sure what happened, but lets hope it arrives within a week.

Yay! I hope it comes soon. I am so jealous that you will be leaving at the end of the month and I'm on the opposite end and will be one of the last people too leave. Our day to pay off our trip hasn't even come yet. But we only have 50 more days so I am still excited.

I don't have a good answer. But if you really like Fulton's and like going, I would keep that part.

I'm sure you will have them soon. I called today to ask for an additional tag-3 people but 4 bags checked-and I was told it would take about 7 days. Thank goodness for SW and no bag fees

ToonTown is completely closed but as far as the rest of fantasyland, I think all the attractions are still open. Snow white is the only one confirmed to be closing completely as a result of the expansion but it's still open for now I believe.

Tiki Room is the onlything allears lists as a complete closure for June (a few others reopening the first week)

DH is bummed about the Tiki Room not being open while we are there. I like it, but missing it is not the end of the world

Think of it this way - when those of us going early in the month are home experiencing Disney withdrawl you'll just be gearing up for your trip!

Had a dream right before waking that I woke up at Disney with NOTHING. Just a cheap pair of flip flops (was already complaining that I'd have blisters), no hair ties or brush, no summer clothes, none of the tshirts we made especially for Disney, no money! Was glad to wake up from that nightmare!

You're absolutely right! I am not really sad...just want my vacation to get here already.

Just wondering since I am going to bring a Wireless router for the Ipad in the room, where do I pack it when I am going for the plane ride? Does it go in the suitcase or my carry on? If I pack it in suitcase do I let them know it is in there? I just get this image of them finding a Wireless router and getting the wrong idea. I also can't imagine having it in carry on with going through security?

We also started a reward system with the kids a while back where they earn "Disney Cash" to spend on our trip. We always turn them into Disney gift cards for that amount earned before we leave. However, my DD said this morning when I put her on the potty (she's potty training), "Yay! I went potty! I get Disney Cash" (said in a very sing-songy voice). What is our family coming too that she now thinks she also gets Disney Cash for going potty? That wasn't part of the deal.
